I would recommend it if you’re staying few days and are not looking for something fancy.
Pros:

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. It’s was super close to the Colosseum, great neighbourhood with lots of nice little cafes and restaurants. Big spaces. They also surprised us with balloons and a small Prosecco for one of our party’s birthday.

Cons:

The rooms were oddly decorated but had everything you needed. I would have expected though to have the towels changed in the third day but that didn’t happened. Also the pillows were horrible, and the double mattress was very stiff.

Séjour très agréable ! Rome est une ville magnifique et un musée à ciel ouvert !
Pros:

Appartement fonctionnel. Emplacement super à 2 pas du Colisée et du métro. Il y a 1 ascenseur ce qui est pratique quand on a des valises et que l'appartement se situe au 4ème étage. Nous avons aimé les cloisons coulissantes entre chaque pièce ce qui permet de fermer pour plus d'intimité. Personnel gentil, accueillant, serviable et de bon conseil.

Cons:

Juste des petits détails comme certaines prises qui ne fonctionnaient pas mais pas gênant car il y en avait suffisamment dans l'appartement. Pas compris le fonctionnement pour l'eau chaude car le soir parfois il n'y en avait pas assez pour plusieurs douches.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Rom
Pros:

Phantastische Lage! In 5 Minuten fussläufig zum Kolosseum und 7 Minuten zur Metro Station und nur ein paar Minuten mehr zum Kapitol, dem Cricus Maximus oder den Caracalla Thermen. Wer das antike Rom erleben möchte, sollte diese Location in Betracht ziehen. Unser Apartment im fünften Stock, zu erreichen über einen modernen Aufzug, verfügte über die notwendigen Dinge in der Küche, ein ordentliches Bad mit Dusche und WC (die Handtücher wurden während unseres 5-tägigen Aufenthaltes auch einmal komplett getauscht) und ein breites Bett. Im Schrank war genügend Platz und bedingt durch die Lage in einem nicht viel befahrenem Wohngebiet konnte man Nachts ruhig schlafen. Ein kleiner Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit, kleinem Tisch und Sonne am gesamten Nachmittag rundete das positive Bild ab. Das Frühstück musste man jeweils am Vortag bis 14 Uhr über eine App bestellen. Abholung dann am Morgen im EG beim Empfang in einer Leinentasche inkl. Cornflakes, Hörnchen, Marmelade, Fruchtsaft und Kaffee-Caps für die Nespresso-Maschine, eben typisch italienisch.

Cons:

Die Apartmenttür konnte ohne Abschliessen mit dem Schlüssel nicht verschlossen werden, was für den Partner, der am Morgen nicht das Frühstück holen muss, entweder eine offene Eingangstür bedeutete oder mit einem beklemmenden Gefühl verbunden war, dass man sich im 5. Stock in einem abgeschlossenem Raum befindet. Das sollte geändert werden! Ggfs. kann es auch den einen oder anderen stören, das man kein deutsches TV-Programm hat, Uns störte das nicht.

Il personale è stato gentile e premuroso, sempre disponibile.
L’appartamento è arredato con gusto, funzionale e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa.
La posizione è davvero perfetta: a due passi dal Colosseo e vicino a tanti locali dove mangiare bene.
Parcheggio comodissimo, sia gratuito che a pagamento, a pochissima distanza.
Lo consiglio senza esitazione. Quando tornerò a Roma, sceglierò di nuovo loro.
