God verdi for pengene, deilig leilighet og hyggelig personale, vil absolutt anbefale dette stedet :)
Pros:

God verdi for pengene, bra beliggenhet, god seng, deilig med privat balkong, fint med heis, god kaffe og croissanter til frokost, god informasjon før ankomst.

Cons:

Det var litt lydt, vi kunne høre folk snakke selv om de ikke snakket høyt, men ettersom gata og naboene var rolige var ikke dette noe problem.

Have asked for an invoice after the stay both in booking and on whatsapp and nobody is responding. Have asked for it already since booking the stay and also during the stay but people at the reception responded that manager will provide that.

Die Lage war super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des Appartements entsprach nicht unserem Stil und war sehr bunt. Es wirkte wahllos zusammengestellt. Preis-Leistung passt leider nicht. Das Frühstück war auf Allergien wenig abgestimmt und sehr übersichtlich. Soll allerdings in Italien normal sein.

Die Lage ist gut, die kleine Terrasse reicht völlig aus, das Bad ist neu und chic.

Cons:

Den Verkehrslärm haben wie nicht gehört, dafür alle Gespräche und Geräusche der Nachbarn.

všetko bolo v poriadku, raňajky sú talianske sladké žiadny syr, salam, chleba, šunka, zelenina, ale kroasanty, boli veľmi dobré čerstvé, musli, takže keď máte cukrovku, tak to nie sú raňajky pre vás

Wohlfühl Hotel am Colosseum
Pros:

Unbedingt möchte ich als Erstes die Freundlichkeit des Personals erwähnen! Sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und sehr sehr hilfsbereit! Als Beispiel: der Träger unseres Hunderucksackes war gerissen und ich fragte an der Rezeption nach einem Schneider/ Schuhmacher. Der sehr nette Herr an der Rezeption bat mich , den Rucksack bei ihm zu lassen und in 30 Minuten wieder zu kommen - nach 30 Minuten war der Rucksack wieder wie neu - er hatte ihn genäht- so einen Service hatte ich noch nie !!! Vielen , vielen Dank dafür! Das Zimmer war speziell - vom Schnitt und der Einrichtung- einfach mal was anderes - Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet- das Frühstück holt man sich morgens an der Rezeption ab - die Lage , gleich um die Ecke vom Colosseum war top!!!

Sehr wenig ! Der Balkon war bzgl Aussicht nicht gut - direkt auf das Haus davor - aber das wussten wir - komisch war, dass der Föhn nicht am Waschbecken/Spiegel war - sondern mit einem sehr kurzen kabel an der gegenüberliegende Wand befestigt - das Föhnen vor dem Spiegel war somit nicht möglich!

Dobré místo blízko kolosea a hlavních antických památek.
Pros:

Snídaně na pokoj v tašce: croisant, marmeláda, ovocný nápoj, kapsle do kávovaru. Objednává se přes QR kód na příští den, recepce doručí na požádání snídani do apartmánu. Mléko je prý jen první den. Nápoj k snídani (čaj, kávu (espresso) si děláte sami v nespressu na pokoji.
Poblíž lze nakoupit i najíst se na ulici v sezonních restauracích a bistrech, za ceny docela přijatelné. Kupovat si pečivo a jídlo nemá smysl, pečivo je tvrdé během hodiny a za jídlo dá člověk stejně jako v bistru. Není daleko do metra. Lokalita je nedaleko Kolosea - to je největší výhoda.

Cons:

Apartmány jsou ve starobylém činžovním domě, kde v některých bytech bydlí i domorodci. Adaptace v bytě je odbytá po řemeslné stránce. Obložení stěn nad kuchyňskou linkou je slepeno odstávající isolepou. Sprchový kout se sotva vejde do koupelny a na sprchování je velmi těsný.
Ulička je zastrčená, nečistá, ale za to klidná... Metro je blízko, špína je tam ještě horší, než na ulici.
Pozor na Hop On, Hop Off - v propozicích je jen výchozí adresa, ale kde jsou další zastávky je potřeba najít si předem. Lístky on-line koupené akceptovali, ale pak už se musíte vézt jen s tou jednou firmou. Během okružní jízdy se u řidiče objevila cedule, že zastávka "Koloseum" byla suspendována...(!), ale nezastavili ani u Circus Maximus. Obecně cokoliv byste čekali jako dobře značené se ukáže jako zcela neoznačené. Je potřeba být stále ve střehu. Ale po 10 hodinách na nohách ve městě při 30°C je člověk večer ochoten nevnímat nějaké neduhy místní civilizace :-))
