Gostamos da atenção prestada pelos funcionários, muito atenciosos e gentis. Café bom e a localização num bairro excelente de Gramado.

Cons:

Tivemos o imprevisto do funcionamento do gás, no nosso apartamento, sendo que nem o chuveiro nem as torneiras forneciam água aquecida. O funcionário chamado, (era de noite)prontamente nos atendeu, porém não conseguiu sanar o problema. É de extrema importância que as condições das instalações sejam checadas, a cada novo hóspede.
