Pros:

Frühstück super lecker, hochwertige Produkte, Alternativen für Allergiker vorhanden, regionale Produkte
Sauna sehr ansprechend inkl. Ruhe-Räumen

Cons:

Feedbackverhalten zum Angebot, Zusagen wurden nicht eingehalten - es gab kurzfristig am Tag des Check-Ins selber dann eine pragmatische Lösung

Snídaně byla vynikající.

Cons:

Hotel reguluje topení od 22 od 6 hod na co zákazník není upozorněný dopředu. Na pokoji není ani teplá deka, aby se zákazník mohl přizpůsobit podmínkám ubytovacího zařízení.

Einfach perfekt
Pros:

Wir waren beim Biathlon in Ruhpolding und konnten mit Glück im Held reservieren. Der Empfang ist professionell und sehr freundlich, so wie alle Mitarbeiter im Haus. Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Es ist trotz der Größe eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich mit sehr guter Qualität. Der Barbereich ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Wir werden sicher auch beim Nächsten Besuch in Ruhpoldinger wieder das Held wählen.
Vielen Dank für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
