Pros:

Sehr schönes und neues Hotel in total ruhiger Lage. Mein Doppelzimmer mit Bad und Terrasse war im EG und hatte sogar Außenjalousien. Ich schlafe nachts mit offenem Fenster und habe draußen absolut nichts gehört. Es ist absolut ruhig dort. Es gibt am Hotel direkt nur ca. 5 Parkplätze, aber man kann auch seitlich an der Straße parken. Das Personal war sehr nett. das Frühstück war auch absolut in Ordnung und reichlich.

Cons:

Ich war 4 Nächte dort und zu keiner Zeit gab es einen Zimmerservice im Sinne von "kurz mal nach dem Rechten sehen", wenn der Gast nicht da ist und ggf. Dinge auffüllen. Ich habe am ersten Tag direkt relativ viel Dreck in das Zimmer getragen, da ich vorher an einer matschigen Stelle geparkt hatte, das hätte man gut mal wegsaugen können, wenn es einem bei nem Check aufgefallen wäre. Ebenso musste ich nahezu leer gewordenes Toilettenpapier selbst anfordern, damit es aufgefüllt wird. Das wäre von meiner Seite aus ein Verbesserungsvorschlag, da ich es aus anderen Hotels anders kenne.

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt im Oberharz
Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft in Wildemann. Großer Fernseher, geräumiges Bad und komfortable Betten. Sogar Hund erlaubt. Allerdings benötigt man zwingend ein Auto, da nur wenige Restaurants im Ort

Cons:

Leider gab es in unserem Zimmer einen Wasserschaden, wodurch es im Badezimmer muffig und feucht gerochen hat. Dieser müsste dringend beseitigt werden

Cons:

Das Zimmer war als Doppelzimmer gebucht, ein Handtuch, ein Kopfkissen, eine Bettdecke ist doch etwas wenig. Das Frühstück war ein Witz.

Cons:

Kurbeitrag wird berechnet, das war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Wäre ein Grund gegen diese Lokation gewesen. Eine entsprechende Leistung wurde nicht erbracht, Rezeption nicht besetzt., Personal war nicht in der Lage eine Rechnung auszustellen.

Es lohnt sich wiederzukommen
Pros:

Das Zimmer hat uns mit seinen gemütlichen komfort überrascht,sogar mit Balkon.Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.Der Ort ist am besten mit dem Auto zu ereichen,aber einen Parkplatz gab es immer .Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
