Отличное место для отдыха!
Pros:

Этот апарт-отель расположен недалеко от Фетхие. Мы искали именно такое место - вдали от города, чтобы был чистый воздух и тихо. Мы были на машине, поэтому проблем добраться сюда не испытывали. Территория отеля продумана и ухожена. Помимо самого дома с апартаментами, есть 2 бунгало. Очень удобно, что на территории собственная парковка. Местом притяжения, конечно же, является бассейн с чистой водой, вокруг которого расставлены шезлонги. Мы были с детьми, и им понравилось, что рядом с нами жили котята. В самом доме, по сути, четыре этажа: цокольный, первый, второй и чердак. По фото не совсем понятно, какие именно апартаменты достанутся вам, поэтому при бронировании обращайте на это особенное внимание и списывайтесь заранее с управляющим, чтобы потом не было недопонимания. Это бизнес, управляемый крупной компанией. Наш управляющий Дениз оказался очень коммуникабельным человеком с хорошим чувством юмора, ему отдельная благодарность за наше пребывание!

Cons:

При заселении мы обнаружили, что апартаменты не совсем были готовы к нашему проживанию. Не была заменена проломленная дверь в туалет, а на кухне не отремонтирован доводчик дверцы. Больше всего удивило, что горячая вода была перекрыта, но Дениз оперативно устранил этот недочёт :-)

Beautiful apartment house with a great pool in a peaceful environment. Far from the hustle and heavy traffic but easy reach of amenities. Everything is exactly like on the photos!

Very good Apartment for our trip
Pros:

Lovely apartment with a great pool and basic kitchen. Was a great base for us to have our adventures around Fethiye and surrounding areas.

Cons:

Kitchen could have done with a collider, better kettle, mugs and a steamer. But we manage to make do with the equipment available.

Pros:

Fully-equipment apartment, great comfort in a peaceful surrounding. Great swimming pool with jacuzzi, really a plus.
The owner provided us with very useful suggestion as to restaurant and beaches. Just bear in mind that a car is useful because the apartment is located some kilometers far from Fethiye or Goçek, and from the most beautiful beaches, although some markets and restaurant are 10-15 minutes walking distance.

Not every part of the apartment were connectable to wi-fi

The quietness of the location.
The friendliness of the local people.

Cons:

The pool hadn't been drainned and was filled with dirty green water that attracted insects.

We were not welcomed to the property by anyone on our arrival, we had to go and knock on the local people doors to ask if they knew who owned or managed the property. Bear in mind the language difference , to be left until someone did eventually arrived to let us in.

The internet connection was very poor.We had to keep going and turning connections back on.

The electric supply to our appartment went totally out from 11.50pm one night and wasn't fixed until 12.30 the next day although all other appartments were still connected.The mananagement to the property did not seem that this was an issue.

Cold washing water, had to use a large bowel and flannel to have a wash down,using boiled water from the kettle.

would definitely recommend and would stay again.
Pros:

the apartment was great and it had really good facilities. we loved having the cats around the apartment as well.

Cons:

the only slight problem was that the Wi-Fi was pretty poor and general phone access in the area wasn’t great. also, you kind of got the feeling that it was in the off season.

Pros:

2022 Eylül'ün ilk haftası.. Hava harika.. Kaldığımız daire bence şansla birlikte apartın en güzel dairesiydi (sanırım, diğerlerinin içine girmedim doğal olarak). Annem yürümede sorun yaşayan biri, yatakların olduğu alt katın merdivenleri biraz dik ve keskindi o nedenle zorluk yaşadık biraz. Onun dışında bir de bahçede bol miktarda kedi vardı. Balkonda yemek yerken üzerinize atladıkları için (hayvansever biri olarak) ağız tadıyla balkonda yemek yemenin keyfini de çıkartamadık tam ama herşeye rağmen memnuniyetimiz 10 üzerinden 8 diyebilirim..

Fethiye merkezden konum olarak daha iyi bir yer
Pros:

Yüzmek için göcek tarafını tercih edecekler için gayet güzel konumda sessiz sakin bir yer. Alışveriş için araç gerekli. Apart dairelerde kişi sayısına uygun eşya bulmak zor genellikle 4 kişilik her şey. Kahve fincanı var cezve yok, her odada banyo var su yeterli gelmediği için sıra beklemek zorundasınız, çay bardağı bile 4 tane, basit şeylerden kaçınılmış ya da önemsenmiyor. Havuz genel olarak boş kalıyor.

Çocuklu aileler için çok uygun
Pros:

3 çocuklu aile olarak kaldık, 3 oda + salon&mutfak vardı, çok rahat ettik. Fethiye’ye 10km, Göçek’e 20km kalabalıktan uzak ama merkezlerede araba ile yakındı.
