Wunderbares gastfreundliches Hotel mit atemberaubender Lage am Canal Grande

Wunderbares Hotel mit phantastischer Lage direkt am Canal Grande, nur ein paar Schritte von der Ponte dell Academia und dem Anlegestelle des VAporetto. Nachts unvergleichlich ruhig. Wer ein freundliches inhabegeführtes Hotel mit knarrenden Dielen und wunderbarer Kunst an den Wänden zu schätzen weiß, wird dieses Hotel lieben. Dass die räumlichen Gegebenheiten in einem historischen venezianischen Gebäude mitunter die Bewegungsmöglichkeiten etwas einschränken, gehört hier zum begeisternden Gesamterlebnis. Der atemberaubende Blick aus den Fenstern auf den Canal Grande, die Ponte dell Academia und die gegenüber liegende Paläste, besonders aber der freundliche Empfang von Luciano und Lucio geben gleich ein Gefühl von Willkommen-Sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfect for exploring Venice
Pros:

Perfect location for exploring Venice. The area is lively, next to the Ponte dell Academia. There is a restaurant downstairs and a number of cafes close by. Check in was easy and they were very quick and accommodating in their correspondence. The property had a lot of character as it has been converted to a hotel.

It feels like stepping back in history.
Pros:

I liked that it’s located next to the Accademia Bridge so foot access to all of Venice is easy. I loved that our window opened directly to the Grand Canal.

Cons:

Mosquitos! However, mosquito netting is provided and mosquitos are part of life in Venice.

Impensabile per un Hotel ad 1 stella offrire così tanto, supera ogni aspettativa
Pros:

La fermata del vaporetto letteralmente di fronte all'entrata dell'hotel collega direttamente con Piazzale Roma, San Marco e Lido.
Peraltro Piazza San Marco si raggiunge a piedi velocemente.
Proprietari cordialissimi e con indicazioni molto precise ed esaurienti.
Pulizia ottima e bagno nuovo
Impagabile l'affaccio della stanza sul Canal Grande

It’s was 100 degrees out with no breeze. Dont stay here in August. Otherwise, it would have been lovely.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

No AC. Quite loud due to high foot traffic area, restaurant area and boat stop.

Must stay once in your life if you are coming to Venice .
Pros:

What an amazing location, room cleanliness,, amazing owner, best service for every day cleaning and definitely prime spot .

luxurious, comfortable room with beautiful rooms close to main attractions
Pros:

- Amazing location near Galleria dell’Academia, 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco, 18 minute walk to Rialto
- Beautiful views of the Grand Canal
- Very comfortable and clean bed
- Loads of amenities (all kinds of toiletries and tea or coffee)
- Fan on the wall
- Clean room
- Very helpful, kind and genuinely caring staff
- The whole hotel is quiet and beautiful

Cons:

- Very creaky floors
- The fan was a bit outdated and weak
(as this is an older building I think this is completely acceptable)

Perfect hotel with stunning canal views.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location, right by the boat taxi stop and away from the busiest tourist spots. The rooms were stunning, the canal views were lovely, and the whole place was clean and well kept. The owners Luciano & lucio were incredibly welcoming and could not have been more helpful.

Cons:

There is nothing negative to comment on , everything was fantastic.
