Exceptional
Pros:

This is our second year visiting this beautiful family. Such a lovely place to stay very clean and comfortable. Laundry and scooter service’s are also available. We recommend to anyone staying in Hoi An. They Always welcome you in each day with big smiles and nothing but positivity, overall the best time is always spend at almond villa Hoi An.

Comfortable Home-Stay, very accomodating staff.
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming, and happy to help with any organising of our days. Our room was tidy and clean and when we had trouble with the water being cold they were happy to help. This didn’t matter as it was so hot in Hoi an a cold shower was lush. The communal pool area was very relaxing and nice was to meet other travelers .

Cons:

Our room had ants if any food was left out although this is not unsurprising due to the climate of Hoi an. Room sometimes felt damp if the aircon was not left on.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that we were charged 700,000 Dong each for bus tickets that could have been purchased for 450,000.
