Worst place ever for value of money
Pros:

Horrible horrible place to be. Most of the amenities listed were not present. Asked for an iron and we were given a broken one with a one tooth plug. Upon getting back to the hotel on one of the evenings, no water was running to take a shower. Had to wait for almost 2hours and was late for my next appointment. Room smells funky, duvet dirty, bathroom full of limescale and rust. Leaking ceiling over the staircase. I can go on and on so to make it short, you only go here if you wanna have an unpleasant time.

Not prepared for guests
Pros:

I made a last minute booking. Struggled to find the reception due to lack of signage. No one was on seat at 10pm. Had to call number provided several times. Finally reached “Receptionist” after third try. He came out to say they were sold out and didn’t use hotels.com. Took me to several rooms either dirty or had electrical faults. Finally he took me to a room he claimed was reserved for a guest. Wasted 30 minutes of my time. Room didn’t even have toilet paper or soap
