Horrible experience, do not recommend to anyone!
Pros:

Location of the hotel is good, even though parking is problematic. Probably a good restaurant, but we haven't had a chance to try. Comfy beds.

Cons:

Staff at reception is really not helpful. We sent a message in advance to book parking, as it says that it is possible to book for a fee. We had a reply that "reception will assist with parking." When we came, the girl just said - park outside on the street somewhere. The hotel had some private party in the restaurant, so we had to find a place to eat at 8:30pm when we arrived, and the party was on till about 3am, so we could not properly sleep - the music was so loud that it was possible to hear in the rooms. The rooms were too hot, aircon did not work, when we managed to open the windows, cigarette smoke and shouting from the party downstairs filled the rooms. Unbearable, we were with the kids, and woke up shattered. Breakfast was also horrible, no proper coffee - to sell Nespresso capsules in the rooms for 2eur lol. When you have private party plans, warn your guests in advance, and let them cancel and choose a quieter place where they can at least sleep.

Pros:

Breakfast really great - so good things, and surprise - BEST COFFEE in Ruse from its great coffee machine

Cons:

They had problems with AC, little sad, globally in whole hotel, BUT since it was not summer gladly open window was enough, but in summer AC must work - also, our room did not have balcony and fridge, wish it had, BUT it had a great pool in the bottom and very friendly personal
