Pros:

Breakfast really great - so good things, and surprise - BEST COFFEE in Ruse from its great coffee machine

Cons:

They had problems with AC, little sad, globally in whole hotel, BUT since it was not summer gladly open window was enough, but in summer AC must work - also, our room did not have balcony and fridge, wish it had, BUT it had a great pool in the bottom and very friendly personal

Restaurant inside the hotel for dinner

Cons:

The access to the pool was for free but the access to the sauna was charged and you needed to book one and a half hours in advance.
The parking spots were not reserved
The people at the reception were not really professionals , they could have been more friendly

At the centre. Beds are clean

Cons:

We were travelling from Ukraine to Türkiye. Out whell was broken on Saturday night. In the morning we finally found someone who can repair it but he wats Euro and only by cash we didn’t have. We offer to pay by card at least to hotel to help us or use their IBAN. Or buy Euro totally was 100 € .
Hotel in any case did not help us only receptionist helped us to call services that’s all.
We asked them to find somewhere to buy Euros but answer is that today is Sunday you must wait until Monday.
We again asked them to buy Euro by dollar or pay to hotel extra charge of repairing and they could pay directly to that repairman. Even we asked to manager of hotel but they even did not try help us.
I understand that they do not have license to buy euros but they even did not try help us. In somehow we could pay them from mobile but he (manager) even did not listen us.

In the room even tea and coffee is not free you do not have water in the room.
We came hungry at the night asked them to eat something answer is kitchen is closed at least give us some sandwiches because of we had this kind of problems answer is again same.

Definitely it is not worth to price. Maybe the best hotel in that town but definitely they do not care about you beside the girls who was working at reception but she cannot do anything without permission of her bosses.
