La calidad y abundancia de las comidas.

Cons:

1. Teníamos M/P, y la segunda noche al llegar nos dicen que los domingos no hay cocina, que un bocadillo frío nos podían hacer. También estaba la opción de irnos fuera, cenar y por la mañana el gerente nos abonaba el gasto.
El restaurante más cercano está a 4 ó 5 km., 10:15h de la noche, cansados de patear Toledo todo el dia... Terminamos llamando a una pizzería.
Sí, se nos abonó el gasto.
2. La limpieza brilló por su ausencia, y un palillo de dientes que estaba junto a la cama, que se veía estando de pié, ahí estuvo dos días haciéndonos compañía.
3. El váter perdía agua y se escuchaba mucho de noche.
4. La máquina del aire/calefacción igual, se conectaba y desconectaba según bajaba la temperatura, pero con el ruido lo mejor fue quitarla.

Me gustó la atención brindada por el personal del hotel, la comida es espectacular, la habitación muy cómoda o confortable. Todo estaba muy limpio.

Overall not a value for money stay .
Pros:

Location was very good

Cons:

Smell like hell from bathroom and AC was not working . Breakfast includes only a coffee and muffin which was told us after eating breakfast , extra bill of 20 euro was paid for omelet and extra coffee.

Pros:

The hotel is OK, the bar service was fine enough. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

No hot water in the morning, the manager said there was a problem with the boiler and we could go back to our room and in half an hour there should be hot water (this was at 09.15), we could not as we had to leave. However apart from the explanation, he did not apologise for this basic hotel requirement, HOT WATER.....
