Pros:

Location and the area is near many malls, eateries and places of interest.

Cons:

There was a fee of INDR 209k for early check in, which they gave me a room that smelt like sewers, humid and stench of wet carpets.

The lady checked the room and confirmed the change to another. Which had faulty fridge, power points and an unusable wifi point.

The staff too didn't quite notably wasn't service conscious, where they passed remarks like if you are lazy, we can send the food to yr room, oh the restaurant is just at this corner and you can pay them by card or cash. Then it turns out, the eatery only accepts cash.

Location was good for our purpose of this trip. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. Will stay again!

Staff is friendly and fast to check in. The room is nice, bathroom is clean.

TV is working but the channel with wifi not working.

Pros:

I like the location of the hotel where street food is very close to the hotel. Just walk down and you have varieties of street food available.

Cons:

I couldn't use iron as the quantity is limited and some guests keep the iron in their room till they checkout.

In my opinion, the hotel management can either place the iron at walkway, put in public or restrict the usage time since the quantity of iron is quite limited. So that other guests could also use the facilities available at this hotel.

Very disappointed Suite!

Room is spacious. Only that!

Cons:

Booked a Suite for 2 nights.
Main shower fixed on the wall not usable, luckily got the hand-held shower.
The balcony was dirty, there were several cigarette butts on the floor. The rail was very dusty.
On the second day, after room make-up, the balcony was still not cleaned.
TV lost wi-fi connection on the second day. Fortunately, was away most of the time. Couldn't call the front desk via the room phone.
Last bit not least, the pillows were too soft.
