Pros:

Otelden pek memnun kalmadık. Odaları kötü değil ancak temizlik yeterli düzeyde yapılmamıştı. Komidinin üzerinde diger müşteriden kalan etiket ipi duruyordu. Kahvaltı ise çok kötüydü. Bizden önce kahvaltı eden tur büfede bir şey bırakmamış ancak yiyeceklerin ilavesi de yapılmamıştı. Görevliye büfeye ilave yapılacak mı diye sordum. Bana niye soru soruyorsunuz der gibi baktı, arkadasının büfeye ilave yapacağını söyledi. Nihayet biraz domates ve salatalık getirdiler. Sigara böreğinin içindeki peynirler kurumuştu. Dört kişi kaldık. Kişi basına 1400 TL gibi bir para ödedik. Ödediğiniz ücrete değmez bir otel. 7 günlük Karadeniz turumuzda gecelediğimiz en kötü oteldi. Çok daha düşük ücretlere çok daha iyi otellerde kaldık. Rezervasyon yaptırmadan önce yorumları okumuş ve konaklayanların olumsuz yorumlar yazdıklarını görmüştüm. Ancak ne kadar kötü olabilir ki diye düşündüm. Gerçekten de olumsuz yorum yapanlar haklıymış.

Pros:

The hotel is located on the road to Ayder 40 min by car, the area is nice and veiw on the sea available to my room. The reception communication is nice and welcoming. I had 2 room close to each other's. Maybe the bad things to mentioned is the variaty of breakfast limited.

Gerek bayan gerekse de erkek Resepsiyonist, iş yerini en iyi şekilde temsil etmesi, iletişim kabiliyetlerinin güçlü olması, diksiyonu düzgün, temiz, nazik ve güler yüzlü kişiler resepsiyon görevlisi olmalı diye düşünüyorum.

Pros:

Many things are left unfinished. There were light fixtures that were not connected to the switches, WiFi was inaccessible outside of the lobby and the staff, while eager to help assist, were unable to resolve the issue.

The room was clean and well stocked. There was a wedding that night, and rather loud but manageable.
