Great from the toom to the coffee it was awesome
Pros:

Cleanliness and the breakfast area was clean and food was warm and tasted good. Coffee was great and there was even a fresh pot made mid morning and mid afternoon which was nice.

Cons:

Suggestion: Construction vehicles that are larger - could they park at one area of the lot, like the area by Braums or somewhere all together as they are large vehicles and take up a lot of space -and when they park next to you it makes it hard to get in and out of your car. I was not unhappy as I know the guys were younger workers who just did not realize and I get it but would be nice if they had one area to themselves to park in.

Room/location & check-in were great. If I were the manager, all employees would look professional

The lady that checked us in was excellent - LaKendra, she was friendly and professional!

Cons:

The morning lady that worked was very unkempt and not overly friendly, looked like she just got out of bed. The breakfast area was not what I would call clean and stocked. If you want this hotel to be desired by travelers, it starts with the appearance as you walk in and who greets you. All should look professional.

Great stay nice safe location!
Pros:

Location is great close to lots of restaurants,shopping and entertainment

Cons:

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. I would give a 10/10 but beds need updates

Never will stay again.
Pros:

Clean!!

Cons:

Check out, managament, beds, noise level, housekeeping walked in our room at 8:30 when I told them we would check out at 10, breakfast was not great- pancake machine kept breaking and front desk would rather be on phone than be helpful.

It was a short, comfy stay.
Pros:

Coffee was good and loved you had oatmilk. Loved the yogurt option.

Cons:

The breakfast was okay. Would prefer waffles over pancakes.

Pros:

Very nice, clean and updated rooms and lobby. The breakfast was great with different choices. Walking distance to Braums and other places.
