It was farther from UAB campus than I preferred and the rooms were not ready on time.
Clean. Staff was friendly.
Checked in at 9:30 pm expecting a double queen room and a fold out sofa (because that is what I booked) and was told they only had king beds left. We were given room keys to a room that was clearly dirty and occupied, and when I went back downstairs to the from desk they had to search for a room to put us in. When they found one, it smelled like wet dog, had no tv remote, and no linens for the pullout sofa that my 13 year old son and 9 year old daughter now had to share. I typically do not write reviews, even negative ones, but I was wholly unimpressed with this stay that cost us over 200 dollars for the night.
Several restaurants close by. Limited options for breakfast. Staff friendly.
This is a great hotel and somewhere I would stay again. The room was a perfect size for our family to spread out and relax.

They had a pipe burst..... was not professionally cleaned up. Half of our room is soaked. had go get extra towel just to stat on first floor. ( we had injured fur baby with us) We could not change rooms because THATS all they had. (bul**hit) the parking lot at 4am was almost empty. NEVER STAY THERE.... And just found out we paid twice.
There was an issue with my room. Instead of waiting until I reached the property, she called me to discuss my options.
She also gave me a good restaurant recommendation.
The property had a water leak that day. I told her I will return for my receipt. However, to avoid me walking on the wet floor, she walked the receipt out to my car!! I felt special!!
Thieves!!!! Beware, we stayed in 7 rooms for a work trip and had AirPods/electronics stolen out of 2 of the rooms. DIRTY. Also the rooms are filthy. Do not stay here.
The staff was friendly, but the facility was missing some basic items. The shower didn't have shampoo or conditioner. There were no napkins at the breakfast. The TV in the room was damaged on part of the screen.
The dining area is spacious, staff was very cordial and efficient, The room was clean, spacious, equipped with several amenities for the guests.
Filthy. Old. Outdated. Breakfast was horrible. But the staff..AMAZING! Rue and Peyton went above and beyond and tried their best to accommodate. But they cant do but so much with what theyre given. Do NOT BOOK HERE. SOFA BED IN KING 1 BR suite was DISGUSTING-had soooo much crumbs, a pacifier and blood stains all over the mattress, A/C didnt work in room. Marks all over the walls in hallways and room. Showers were sooooo dark and dirty. So much grime in there. No one is cleaning and upkeeping this hotel! Period. This should not be a Hilton. It should be a best western or motel 8.

Very beautiful area and convenient to shops and restaurants at the Summit! Only issues was road noise from interstate!
We stayed in Room 400 and were disappointed with several aspects of our experience. The carpet was extremely dirty, to the point that we had to keep our shoes on at all times. Additionally, the curtain or room-darkening blind was not functional. We reported this issue to the front desk upon our arrival, but it was not addressed. We followed up twice more on Saturday morning, yet no action was taken. We were out of the room by 10am Sat & didn’t return until 7pm, so they had plenty of time to fix it. As a result, our youngest son was awake by 6:30 a.m. due to the light entering the room.
Furthermore, the breakfast area was not adequately stocked—both the food and juices were depleted in the morning, which was frustrating. Given that we paid over $500 for a two-night stay, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, responsiveness, and guest amenities.
We typically stay at Fairfield or Homewood Suites- will not be staying at any Home2Suites again.
