Decepción y frustración
Cons:

La habitación estaba descuidada, la ducha muy sucia y descuidada la limpieza. Encontré cabellos en las toallas del baño, esto quiere decir que no estaban limpias. También el rollo de papel de baño nuevo estaba con manchas amarillas, sucio. Solicite un cambio de habiatacion tan pronto llegue y me registre y vi lo mencionado, pero me dijeron que no tenían habitaciones disponibles, solo me dieron algunas toallas nuevas. Solo hasta casi media noche alguien se comunicó conmigo para el cambio. Ya era muy tarde y estábamos muy cansados

Disappointed
Cons:

Contacted the property about reservation. Individual I spoke to claimed there was no booking and the reservation was cancelled even though I kept getting emails about the reservation. I called again to confirm there truly was not a reservation and the representative confirmed there was nothing in my name. One day after scheduled check in I was charged for one night stay and cancellation fee. Will never book at this hotel again when we return for future events.
