Great location and hotel; will return
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic! Most of the staff were kind and friendly!

Cons:

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable:(
The hallway by our room (thankfully, not in the room) smelled strongly of marijuana. The Manager was very kind and understanding during our conversation regarding this.

It was okay, nothing special. Convenient location if shopping at the Outlet Mall.
Pros:

It was located within walking distance of the Outlet Mall. There was a room that accommodated our large family.

Cons:

The check-in person was friendly and welcoming, the evening staff seemed really put out when I asked for a rollaway bed and extra bedding and a parking pass. Our sheets were pilly and had holes.

Pros:

Great room Great staff specially Nick was awesome at the front counter. Breakfast was great. Malls was close by. Outlet mall walking distance. Great price and great place to stay with family.

Dirty rooms and felt old
Pros:

We were disappointed. It looked so nice from the photos, and the exterior was nice. But we booked two adjoining rooms (apparently the only ones in the hotel) and both were dirty. There were greasy fingerprints all over the interior doors; the entry door to one room looked like a huge amount of paint(?) was scratched off. Surfaces were not clean; the couches and chairs were stained - YUCK. The bathrooms were not as clean as I expected. The beds were horrible and felt like I was sleeping on springs. After being there for several days, we requested housekeeping (who were on our floor at the time) pick up our room, refresh the shampoo and provide new towels. We left for several hours, returned and had to ask again. When they finally brought in a new shampoo bottle, the gal unlocked and took the old one, left the new one on the counter and was leaving. We had to ask her to mount it in the shower - Sheesh. The cleaning clearly did not care about the rooms, or guest experience. The elevators were janky, the hallways felt dirty and so did the lounge. Would not recommend this place. And will never stay in a Home2Suites again.

Our room's curtain was broken and the bathroom door did not latch or lock. Otherwise our stay was awesome. We brought our kids and they had a blast!

I like the clean, crisp nature of the large room with practical amenities.
Pros:

The room felt large and had a practical layout, with plenty of desk and counter space for spreading out, and lots of power outlets. Breakfast was adequate with some healthy options. Location is good with good street access and relatively quiet. Staff were good, and the common area felt very roomy. Overall, we like this hotel and would choose it again for the value.

Cons:

Our room could use a good, deep-cleaning and repair of small items like a broken floor lamp and worn-out night stand charging and power outlets. The air exhaust system didn't work and so the air got pretty stuffy. The A/C was working fine, however.
Breakfast could be improved with GF baked options, fruits, dairy free items, and healthier bread options. An automated espresso based coffee machine would be appreciated and would be more up-to-date.
Car parking was $15 per day.

Airport Shuttle and Hotel Stay
Pros:

We had Oliayceniese and Jon H as our shuttle drivers and they were both great! The front desk person Friday night was great to but we can’t remember his name.
