Pros:

Clean room and full breakfast. Why is breakfast for 1 person when room is booked for 2?

No running water.
Pros:

There was no running water for the first 24h. This is really bad. It was already known before yhe checkin but the reception did not warn about it. The breakfast was extremely Nigerian, could not eat anything since too spicy.

Pros:

It appear some rooms were without windows and complimentary breakfast were not on display as usual but rather on demand order taken by the chef.
