Die Umgebung mit dem alten Steinhausdörfchen war sehr schön.
Service Personal zum Teil sehr unproffesionell , das Nachtessen war eine Zumutung. Ein liebloser Klumpen Polenta- sehr trocken ohne Geschmack und Klümpchen! Der Hirschpfeffer wurde vorher sicher 1 mal schon gekocht, trocken, schlechter Geschmack und praktisch ohne Sauce ! Um 9.00 Uhr gingen wir zum Morgenessen, Vieles war schon leer (Fruchtsaft, Gipfeli, Käse etc.) die Kaffemaschine liess nur noch heissen Milchschaum heraus statt Machiato, obwohl bis 10.00 Uhr für Morgenessen geöffnet, wurde nichts mehr aufgefüllt. Beim Nachtessen hatten wir noch reklamiert, ohne Feedback. So entschieden wir 1 Tag früher abzureisen. Absolute Katastrophe das Edelweiss, auf nimmer wiedersehen.

Breakfast was very good and staff generally very helpful. The main staff are all family members and really have a wonderful eye for details and tried to make our experience and very enjoyable one. Slight problem at the initial start but was corrected and smooth sailing afterwards. Room size was small but comfortable enough. Facilities, especially the facial that my mother had were fabulous. Diner menu limited but adequate and the only complaint was that the veal shank was not properly cooked and had very little taste. Also the veal schnitzel was really mediocre and had no taste.

The food selection for breakfast was not very rich and one coffee machine for the entire breakfast area was not enough to avoid lengthy cuing.
