Pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel was right in the middle of Altstadt, overlooking the lively square. The city’s parking house was just behind the hotel and costed about CHF 7 for the night. The parking house also had special parking spaces for women drivers (unsure if that’s positive or negative).
The staff was very polite. The check in was extremely easy. We arrived well after 21.00 on a Monday which was a ”ruhetag” (resting day) because of which the reception was closed since 16.00. However they left labelled envelopes with the room cards and all the information we required on the desk.
The room had complimentary water, coffee and tea which was much appreciated!

Cons:

The toilets really need an upgrade. They had a hospital feeling and the tub became slippery after we asked for cleaning. This was unnerving as I was travelling with my old parents. An anti-slip mat would have been great!

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf den Platz draußen und es war leider recht laut. Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber würde beim nächsten Mal ein Zimmer zum Innenhof buchen.

Das Badezimmer ist „in die Jahre gekommen“: in der Dusche hat sich gelber Kalk und wohl auch Pilz abgesetzt/angesiedelt 👎

Over all great place to stay. I’d stay again any other season except for July.
Pros:

Location is amazing right in the center of a cute area close from the station. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is great as well.

Cons:

It would’ve been fine if it was at a different time. During the summer it’s difficult without AC. Although they provide a fan in the room, it is very hot all day/all night.

La struttura si trova in centro, posizione comoda per visitare il paese è il castello; vicino al parcheggio centrale (uscita verso il centro). Ha una palestra accanto, accessibile per i clienti dell’hotel, bellissima. Ottima colazione e camera piccola ma con tutti i comfort.

Sehr gute Lage in der Stadt, freundliches Personal

Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, ruhiges Hotel

Das Frühstück war am ersten Morgen sehr gut - am zweiten Morgen wirkte alles sehr chaotisch.
