Pros:

Die Lage mitten im Elven Dorf und das Ambiente ist sehr schön.
Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr gut und war bei uns im Preis inbegriffen.
Polarlichter konnte man direkt vor der Haustür beobachten. Auch in die Loipe kann man direkt einsteigen. Kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank ist vorhanden, in der man einen Kaffee der Tee zubereiten kann.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer 7 war höchstens 16qm groß und nicht 26qm wie angegeben. Es war kein Schrank oder andere Möbel für die Sachen (Wintersachen!) vorhanden. Das Bad ist ebenfalls winzig und " schwimmt" nach jedem Duschgang. Das neu gebaute Weihnachtsmann Visitcenter ist unnötig, reiner Kommerz...
Wir waren 2023 schon hier, da war alles gemütlicher.

Féerique, Magique et Apaisant.
Pros:

L’endroit est tout simplement féerique et magique. C’est un peu à l’écart de la ville ce qui est pas plus mal. C’est grand , calme apaisant . Le personnel est très gentil professionnel et serviable. Le lieu est totalement improbable et juste génial . Le chalet du restaurant est superbe avec sa cheminée et sa déco.

Buen desayuno, en el pueblo de elfos. No tiene recepcion, tienes que hacer el check temprano

Estaba dentro de Elves Village y el entorno muy bonito, el desayuno muy rico y mucha variedad en el restaurante

Cons:

Tuvimos dificultad en encontrarlo, cuando llegamos estaba todo cerrado y de milagro nos hemos alojado, gracias a una señora que nos ha ayudado que pasaba por alli. El hotel es un edificio que compartes muchas zonas comunes con otros. Nosotros tuvimos de vecinos a unos que se quedaron dormidos en el salón borrachos con latas de cerveza tirados por el suelo... y tampoco tiene recepción, el check in lo haces en el restaurante o en la recepcion del parque (antes de las 15h)

Ambiente de muitos atrativos natalinos
Pros:

Elves Village é um lugar lindo e cheio de atividades, porém não tivemos muito tempo para explorar tudo. Nosso quarto era pequeno mas atendia bem duas pessoas, com ambiente limpo e cama confortável.
Fomos muito bem recebidas pela equipe e o café da manhã possui bastante variedades.

Pros:

Juste féerique et magnifique.. les chambres se trouvent dans un grand chalet super bien décoré avec non pas un mais deux pianos. Très facile d'accès, un sauna et une cuisine très bien équipée. Nous en avions pas besoin parce que l'établissement est en demi pension systématiquement jusqu'au 31 mars... Bref génial le sejour.

Ein Tag Weihnacht ist gut

Wenn man Weihnachtstimmung sucht, vor allem für Familien mit Kindern, ist dieses Angebot sehr gut.

Honestly One of the Creepiest Hotel Experiences of Our Lives.

I honestly cannot believe this place is advertised as a hotel. Our experience at Elves Village in Lapland was so shockingly bad that we left faster than we arrived.

First insult: after 6 PM you can’t check in at the actual hotel. No you have to drive 15 minutes to another hotel just to pick up a key. Completely ridiculous and incredibly inconvenient.

But then came the real problem.

When we opened the hotel door, we walked straight into absolute darkness. I’m not talking about “romantic dim lighting.” I mean pitch black, can’t-see-your-own-hand dark. The kind of darkness that makes you question if you’ve just broken into an abandoned property.

We had to use our phone torches just to figure out what the building even was. Only then did we realize:

the black void we stepped into was the lobby,

the shadowy corridor was the hallway,

and the huge dark room hiding a piano was apparently the dining room.


Nothing looked welcoming. It all looked deserted, eerie, and honestly straight-up creepy. The whole atmosphere hit us like a warning sign.

We tried to go back a second time just to return the key ,and even that was too much. It was still pitch dark, still unsettling, still giving horror-movie energy. We didn’t dare walk deeper inside. We dropped the key on the nearest table and walked out immediately. That’s how uncomfortable this place was.

We ended up booking another hotel in a panic, late at night, in the freezing cold, because staying there wasn’t even an option. Not for a single minute.

This wasn’t a “bad stay.” This was a get-out-now experience.
Unless they fix the lighting, improve the atmosphere, and make the place actually feel alive and safe, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
