Camera piccola per un 4 stelle!

Cons:

La camera a me riservata non era da hotel 4 stelle perché era un sottotetto di 3 per 3 metri per arrivarci bisognava salire 4 rampe di scale ed un lunghissimo corridoio finestra alta 50 cm. Non so se perché avevo un cane o perché avevo prenotato con Booking in entrambi i casi ingiustificato, sono andato via un giorno prima.

Ein mal und nie wieder.
Pros:

Freundlichkeit des Personals und dass man persönlich zum Zimmer begleitet wurde.

Cons:

Kein Aufzug bis in den 3. Stock und das Zimmer lag sehr verwinkelt.
Klimaanlage zu laut. Belüftung im Bad defekt.
Das mit Abstand schlechteste Frühstück von ganz Italien. 2 Scheiben Toast, keine Betreuung. Kein Kaffee möglich, keine gute Auswahl. Eine Wurstsorte und eine Käsesorte als Auswahl ungekühlt. Personal spricht nur italienisch. Nie mehr.

Un solo giorno è stato poco, meritava almeno un soggiorno di due notti!
Pros:

L’eleganza vintage degli arredi negli spazi comuni, camera pulita e comoda, bagno grande. Reception accogliente e pronta! Parcheggio comodissimo. Ristorante raffinato praticamente nella stessa struttura. Posizione esattamente a metà strada dal centro di Sora e dal centro di Isola del Liri.

Cons:

Forse l’ascensore che, credo, mancasse per accedere al piano. Ma per noi è stato ininfluente.

Pessimo, non vale decisamente i soldi spesi

La posizione comoda vicino all'uscita della superstrada a pochi chilometri dalla città che ho visitato, Il wifi gratuito.

Cons:

Appena siamo arrivati la reception ci ha avvisato che il termostato dell'aria condizionata non poteva essere gestito dalla camera ma dovevo chiamare la reception per ogni cambiamento, il primo giorno dalla reception l'hanno addirittura spenta pensando che non fossimo in camera e ci siamo svegliati con 30 gradi completamente sudati. Inammissibile. Le finiture della camera con evidenti segni del tempo, porte tutte graffiate, pavimento in bagno scheggiato e vernice scrostata in vari punti. Insonorizzazione della camera completamente assente, il secondo giorno c'era una cerimonia nel ristorante al piano terra e ci siamo potuti "godere" tutte le canzoni cantate al karaoke. Altro problema in bagno è stato il bidet posizionato in una risega nel muro molto stretta al punto che non sono riuscito ad utilizzarlo (sono alto 2 metri e semplicemente non entravo nella risega. Colazione passabile con cornetti e dolci preconfezionati, affettati e formaggi da discount. Da ultimo ricordavo che le regole nazionali per gli hotel 4 stelle prescrivessero che il personale dovesse essere in divisa... evidentemente mi sbagliavo.
