Pros:

Emplacement idéal à proximité du centre de Stresa (20 min à pied avec promenade aménagée le long du lac, proche de l'embarcadère pour les îles), petit déjeuner délicieux et beaucoup de choix sucré/salé, vue sur le lac, parking pour la voiture, personnel très gentil, chambre très propre.

Absolutely fantastic.
Cons:

The city tax should be included in the room rate if possible. I paid in advance what I thought was in full. Having to call back in with a credit card to deal with a 1.50 euro tax that for whatever reason wasn't included at check in or check out, is silly. So don't check out early or pay this on check in if you have to check out early.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung, vor allem im Bad, ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig und die Parkplätze sind zum Teil sehr eng.

Fantastic room with a balcony. Breakfast exceeded expectations: fantastic.
Both reception people in reception were so helpful, top drawer !
Breakfast staff were excellent.
