El colchón, estaba inclinado y se marcaba mucho los muelles del colchón, la ducha no tragaba el agua y no me pude duchar , porque se salía todo el agua a la habitación.

Tranquilidad en un antiguo convento reconvertido a hotel rodeados de naturaleza y paz.
Pros:

Tranquilidad, ambiente residencial, ubicación céntrica (no tanto por las cuestas), comodidad. Me pareció muy interesante la ducha con contador de tiempo para hacerte una idea de la cantidad de agua que gastas, pero por otra parte, deberían poner alguna instrucción sobre su uso. El personal fue muy amable al pedirles cambio, a pesar de estar atendiendo a otros clientes, me atendieron también sin problemas y esforzándose al máximo, lo agradezco mucho. También el desayuno que nos dejaron preparado, todo riquísimo y preparado con mimo, mucha variedad para elegir. Me sorprendió que el envoltorio del jabón estuviera hecho a base de piedras, no lo había visto nunca en ningún otro lugar, y su olor era estupendo. Agradezco también los cepillos de dientes, siempre es un acierto por si se te han olvidado.

Cons:

Aunque ya estábamos avisados por el personal, por la mañana temprano se me desmagnetizó la tarjeta cuando aún no había nadie en recepción y tuve que coger otra de las de reserva, así que esto me da a entender que se desmagnetizan con relativa frecuencia. Los sobres de gel, el propio gel es muy resbaladizo y eso hace que se pueda desperdiciar cuando te lo vas a aplicar, creo que estaría bien poner un dispensador, igual que con el champú. En cuanto a la ducha per sé, como he comentado previamente, estaría bien una pequeña guía de uso mediante vinilos o una hoja plastificada cercana, no sé si una persona de edad avanzada o no muy enterada sobre tecnología sabría como empezar a usarla. Estaría bien que se especificara si lo contenido en la nevera (2 botellas pequeñas de agua) es de cortesía o si es de pago.
