Una atención perfecta, el hotel como siempre (ya he estado en más ocasiones) de ahí que repita siempre que vuajobpoe la zona.

Cons:

El problema de los incendios, que, indudablemente no es culpa del hotel si empobreció el entorno sin menospreciar, por supuesto, todo el daño acaecido.

Muy bien ubicado, Inslaciones de Hotel muy acojedoras, el personal muy atento. El tamaño de la habitación muy bueno, el baño nuevo y muy limpio.

Cons:

Los colchones podrían renovarse, o al menos estoy acostumbrada a dormir en colchones mas firmes. Llovía ese día que nos alojamos y el techo tenía una gotera. Solucionamos poniendo una toalla en el suelo.

Pros:

Es un hotel muy bonito, pequeño y con encanto. Bien situado, aunque al estar en pleno casco antiguo de Puebla lo de aparcar se complica. El personal encantador, el desayuno estupendo. Es muy tranquilo, pero yo lo que solicité fueron dos camas y tuve que compartir una de matrimonio con una de las amigas con las que fui, esos sí, la cama y las almohadas eran estupendas y muy cómodas.

Ofrecían Spa pero no funcionaba.

Todo la verdad es hotel es súper agogedor y precioso y el entorno es impresionante, de lo único que no puedo opinar es del Spa que no lo probamos, la cama comodisima, nos ha encantado y repetiremos si volvemos por la zona
