La ubicacion es buena

Cons:

Nos prometieron un desayuno y nos tuvimos que ir una hora despues y no estaba. La empleada que nos recibio justificaba porque el desayuno ofrecido por el hotel no estababa a tiempo (pues no lo ofrezcas ni lo cobres como amenidad)
Huespedes del hotel (buggies) tenian una Musica muy alta hasta las 5 am permitido por el personal del hotel (no dormimos nada)
Las ventanas no se podian abrir y los palos de cortina se caian al intentar abrirlas por falta de mantenimiento
Ese hotel es un verdadero desastre.

Very outdated dark rooms with bad shower. Far out of the center. No tourist information available for hikes and such.

The mountain feeling. The property was well taken care of and the views were beautiful.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. Too slow and not so great in quality. It's best6fo go out and have breakfast somewhere else. The staff seemed under a lot of stress. At times friendly, other times not so much.

Me gusto la arquitectura del hotel y la buena predisposición del personal

Cons:

No me gusto que falte agua caliente en el baño y cuando reclames nadie te conteste , muy malo el desayuno , pues no te ofrecen variedades Solo ofrecen desayuno dominicano limitado y la habitación no tiene calefacción

Un tiempo agradable
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la fogata, le da un plus muy atractivo. Me gusto el clima, la naturaleza, la vista, el desayuno, los espacios verdes y recreaciones.

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento con las maderas o reemplazar algunas partes y humedad. También mejorar la atención al cliente, deberían de cumplir las cosas que prometen, preferiblemente anticipar al cliente con lo que no tienen para ofrecer.
