The room was surprisingly well appointed. The shower was quite nice.

Cons:

Only after my friend (also male) arrived was I told that no guests/visitors were allowed inside. It was an inconvenience and an embarrassment to have him turned away like I was a child or a criminal. This may be acceptable in Kuwait, but it is unheard of in western countries. There was also no mention of this anywhere on booking.com at the time of booking, only a sign in reception that the receptionist pointed to, as if that made it okay.

بشكل عام الفندق نظيف ولكن ينقصه بعض الأشياء البسيطة

Cons:

النظافة في غرفة النوم كانت فوق الممتازه ولكن السجاده غير نظيفة بسبب وجود حرق ورائحة الدخان منتشرة في الغرفة وايضاً يوجد ازعاج من الأطفال

I had a wonderful stay at Lumiere Des Etoile. The hotel was clean, elegant, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, well-furnished, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit.
