Me gustó que estaba todo muy cerca a mi alrededor y la plaza las americas todo bien
Las camas son muy cómodas, buena limpieza y organización del lugar. La ubicación es muy conveniente con acceso al mall, restaurantes y supermercado.
La piscina necesita mantención, le faltan algunos ceramicos y otros estan sueltos lo que es peligroso porque tienen bordes afilados, vi a una niña cortarse la planta del pie al pisar esos ceramicos cuando se metió a la piscina. La internet tampoco funciona al 100%. Es lenta y se cae mucho, especialmente con reproducción de videos y videollamadas, lo que puede ser frustrante si necesitas teletrabajar (que era mi caso)
The location
When we first walked in the suite looked beautiful. The layout of the space was (3 BR and 3 bath) was great. The view was great. It was good to have a kitchen. The staff was respectful.
At check in the front desk did not seem to be expecting us. Although I demonstrated that we had a reservation from Booking.com they did not seem to have confirmation that the hotel had been paid. Instead of the hotel independently contacting Booking.com it was left to me. Once connected the Booking.com chat bot was very helpful and called the hotel to resolve the matter. I am not particularly savvy with the apps and reservations so this process was time consuming and significantly delayed check in. / I was not able to get hot water for my shower/ the sheets were threadbare and there were hairs on the sheets of my bed. It was so late when we were going to bed that I just slept on top of the sheet with my own beach throw. / there was a very very loud discotech style event that played music and had a DJ talking late into the night./ There was a coffee machine but no coffee filters.
Buena relación calidad precio. Cama cómoda. Buena limpieza y vistas a la laguna. Buena atención del personal.
No tiene restaurante. Falta mantenimiento en suelo de alberca.
La atención tanto al check in y out fue excelente y muy amable; además de que tuve la situación de no tener papel de baño en la habitación y me respondieron muy rapido al entregarmelo.
Las sabanas estaban un poco manchadas pero creo que es por el uso de tiempo.
