Cons:

Toilet seat was missing from our original room, so after 3 times asking we were moved to another room. The new room we were moved into, had a much smaller TV that was broken upon arrival. We made it work, but room to improve.

Grote ruimte.

Cons:

Locatie was niet prettig. Elke nacht hard muziek tot een uur of 03.00. Bedden waren ook niet fijn, rugpijn aan overgehouden.

El acceso en sí por el aparcamiento es un poco raro. Éramos dos personas y pedimos dos tarjetas para la habitación y nos dijeron que no era posible, lo que resulta un poco incómodo si los dos queremos hacer planes por separado…

Impossible de réellement évaluer cet hôtel puisque nous sommes repartis dès notre arrivée.

Le personnel a été particulièrement désagréable et sans aucune compréhension. Nous avions pris cette chambre avant d’accompagner mon frère à l’aéroport. Avant 11h de vol, il souhaitait simplement prendre une douche. L’accès à la chambre lui a été refusé catégoriquement, alors même que nous étions prêts à payer un supplément.

Je comprends les règles, mais il s’agissait simplement d’une douche en pleine journée, pas d’un abus. Le manque total de flexibilité et d’aide nous a poussés à annuler gratuitement pour réserver un appartement juste à côté, bien meilleur et au même emplacement.

Bref, à éviter.

Pros:

Le lit est très confortable. La proximité des commerces et la facilité d'accès en voiture sont appréciables.

Cons:

La luminosité de la chambre est trop blanche. Des ampoules jaunes auraient un effet plus élégant et relaxant.

Se dejaron la habitación abierta y no se hacen responsables

Las vistas estaban bien y el aparcamiento es práctico. Tiene cerca bares, tiendas de conveniencia y un centro comercial.

La limpieza deja que desear. Las instalaciones están anticuadas: La persiana exterior hace muchísimo ruido y es muy difícil de abrir y cerrar, pero si no lo haces entra mucha luz al amanecer y ruido de los bares cercanos, que la ponen a todo volumen. El agua caliente no dura demasiado. Lo peor de todo fue que un día, tras estar todo el día fuera, nos encontramos la puerta de la habitación abierta. Tuvimos suerte de que no nos robaran nada, porque no se hacen responsables. Bajamos a recepción a comentarles lo que había pasado y no tuvieron ni un detalle con nosotros, nada más una disculpa pero si nos hubieran robado nos aguantamos. En fin... Decepcionante cuanto menos.
