Great location, but zero customer service.
Pros:

It is a great location because it is like a core Busan. But it’s a good place for young people to enjoy night life rather than family with young kids.

Cons:

Good location, room is pretty clean, convenient amenities.
However, daytime staff has a zero customer service.
No hi or welcome, just staring at us for the check-in.
I messaged multiple times about the early check-in through Booking.com , and I got no answer. When I about that, he said ‘ugh, it’s because we get no alarm or notifications, there is no way that we know about those messages.’ There was no attitude or comment about ‘sorry for tour inconvenience.’
In the morning for breakfast, there was no eggs, orange juice, and bread left, so I called the front desk for refills. Same staff answered the phone and said ‘yah, you should come down and get them.’ I went down immediately and no one was at the front desk. I saw other people went back to their rooms because there was not enough breakfast. I called again and asked to bring them because I already went down and there was no one. He sighed and brought some later.
During check-out, I dropped the card key, he didn’t said anything like ‘Thank you for staying or enjoy your trip’ at least ‘good bye’. Just ignoring
Could be good because it is in the good location, but it is the worst hotel experience because of their poor customer service.

我對煙味敏感，特別要求要non-smoking room, 但我的房間一進去就覺得煙味很重，但是櫃檯說他們全部館都禁煙，不可能會有煙味; 我要求換房間，他們說都滿了不行; 語言不通實在很難溝通

地點絕佳，離樂天百貨，西區地下街，三井塔附近商圈都很近，生活機能方便

Cons:

煙味很重，後來找了打掃的人，他拿了香水要噴，令人傻眼;
棉被感覺不乾淨，身體蓋了會癢; 另外桌上擺了一瓶殺蟲劑不知道要做什麼，感覺很不好，讓人很擔心是不是蟑螂或是蟲很多

Beautiful room but breakfast is DIY and very basic
Pros:

The room was very beautiful, with black marmer.
Big bathroom with 2 person jacuzzi.
There was a clothes-steam closet in the room.

除了價錢跟地點以外，沒什麼優點了，附設早餐也不用太期待，早上8:30下去時蛋盒空的，吐司剩邊，冰箱裡鮮奶跟麥片也沒了

Cons:

明明訂的雙人房有熱水浴池（浴缸），實際上入住卻沒有，加大雙人床下面的床板是雙人床板，沒有支撐的那一側床是塌的，睡到一半很怕滑下去

Tolles hotel für wenig geld
Pros:

Relativ großes zimmer. Besonders cool war der trockner im zimmer. Auf der 2ten etage kann man seine sachen waschen, dort auch in den trockner geben, alles was nicht ganz trocken wird, kann man dann im zimmer zu ende trocknen. Sehr praktisch. Gibt viele goodies im zimmer. Zahnputzbeutel, schwamm, haarspray, bürsten, insektenspray, bodycreme, kaffee, oreos,tee, jeden tag neue wasserflaschen

Als ich das zimmer bezogen habe, war es sehr staubig, da wurde kurz vorher definitiv nicht sauber gemacht aber die tägliche reinigung war dafür sehr gut
