Great location and clean facility with free parking, very helpful staff members
Pros:

The location was perfect and included convenient parking. The staff was very accommodating and kindly allowed us to stay a couple of extra hours for an additional charge while we were dealing with a sick family member.

Nous avons été très surpris que Booking.com référence ce type d’établissement sans information claire préalable : il s’agit clairement d’un love hôtel, ce qui n’est absolument pas adapté à tous les voyageurs.

Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, n’est ni aimable ni aidant, et ne fournit aucune information utile. La communication est quasi inexistante.

La propreté est très insuffisante :
• cheveux retrouvés à plusieurs reprises dans les draps,
• draps visiblement non propres,
• salle de bain mal nettoyée, parois pas nettoyées du tout.

Les serviettes fournies sont uniquement de très petites serviettes, inadaptées pour un séjour normal.

Aucun espace de rangement :
il n’y a pas d’armoire ni de penderie pour ranger les vêtements, ce qui est très peu pratique, surtout pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits.

ile petit déjeuner faut le préparer soi-même,et nettoyer soi-même, (oeufs, pain de mie jambon lait et jus mandarine en bouteille plastique)

La clientèle fréquentant l’hôtel laisse à désirer :
bruit, personnes alcoolisées, ambiance peu rassurante, surtout le soir et la nuit.

Conclusion :
Hôtel à éviter en famille, qualité très en dessous des standards, aucun service, hygiène douteuse, et manque total de transparence sur la nature réelle de l’établissement.
Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.

Ottima posizione e stanza e bagno molto grandi. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un set di oggetti.

Abbiamo dovuto comprare noi la colazione perché tutto quello che ti danno sono delle fette di pane, di prosciutto e le uova, poi devi prepararla da solo, usando due padelle sempre sporche, in una stanza minuscola. In camera abbiamo trovato molti capelli sparsi e l'acqua della doccia era tiepida, quasi fredda. Gli asciugamani erano tutti piccoli, inadeguati per la doccia.
È un gran peccato, questo albergo avrebbe tutte le carte in regola per dare molto di più.
