早餐採自助式，有雞蛋、鮮奶、火腿、咖啡、果汁。
房間電視很大，活動空間算大。
房間有點簡陋以及些微髒，不過以這個價位來說本來就預期不會太好，

Habitacion muy sucia, sillones con restos de comida vieja, poco cuidada, tuberia rota, cada habitacion es distinta, te puede tocar en una misma reserva una mejor y otra peor a pesar de que la categoria reservada sea la misma. La ventana...por decir algo. Es una parte de la pared que la abres a un patio interior/techo del edificio de enfrente con salida de humos que mejor no abrir. El mando del aire acondicionado no funciona y ni se esfuerzan en cambiarlo. Lo ponen esxesivamente intenso y no se puede reducir. O lo apagas o te hielas. Te cambian de habitacion si lo pides, pero no tendria ni que darse el caso. Las instalaciones generales a primera vista ni tan mal pero cuando comienzas a fijarte se nota que no hay ganas esta viejo y falto de mantenimiento. Personal nada amable, bastante borde. No te explican nada ni horario del desayuno ni un hola...nada. Toallas pequeñas, de mano, no hay para cuerpo. Decir que tiene desayuno es una tomadura de pelo. Es una habitacion de las del hotel habilitada como comedor con 2 mesas. Solo tienen leche, cafe, no hay azucar ni nada parecido, pan de molde, cereales y mermelada y cereales. Tambien tiene huevos crudos para hacertelos tu mismo en dos sartenes que te ponen y que no friegan durante el desayuno. Si llegas tarde, ya no desayunas porque no reponen. El mando de
En fin muy escaso. La zona bien por la conexion de metro pero se nota que es entre ambiente de fiesta decadente y encuentros esporadicos de parejas. De amenities de hecho, ponen 2 preservativos. En fin, bien ubicado, pero hay muchas mejores opciones.
L’hotel è moderno e posizionato nella zona centrale del quartiere serale di Busan. Le stanze sono spaziose , ben fornite, belli i kit per la toilette. È un hotel moderno ed essenziale , che ha tutto quello che ti serve. La colazione anche è essenziale e non a buffet. Di fatto nel frigo sono stipati i contenitori da cui prendere toast, prosciutto cotto , e uova che poi devi fare tu(devi cuocere le uova anche ) c’è poi succo d’aranci latte e corn flakes. Ridotta all’osso ma per noi buona così .
Assolutamente non trovo fattibile avere delle asciugamani per le mani piccole come un fazzoletto da dover usare per asciugare il corpo dopo la doccia. Questa cosa andrebbe rivista .

No fuimos a desayunar ningún día, ya que fuimos con un hijo, y no conseguimos estar preparados antes de tiempo ningún día 🤣

La colazione pessima, senza personale, tutto self, pure farsi un uovo con le stesse 2 padelle per tutti, niente da mangiare e non spazio sufficiente x tutti. La reception con personale inesistente. La pulizia non ottimale.
La struttura dice di avere il servizio colazione ma in realtà è una piccolissima stanza dove tostare il pane e farsi il caffè da consumare per forza in camera. Non è un vero servizio colazione.

No instructions or manual about hotel (eg how to operate Aircon, breakfast rules, check in/check out). Kitchen small if 2 people cooking at the same time.
After house service cleaned the room, they removed the complimentary bath sponge, shaver, things but didn't give us a new one for the next night. 🤔. No view from the window sadly. Just a wall of the next building.
It is a great location because it is like a core Busan. But it’s a good place for young people to enjoy night life rather than family with young kids.

No hi or welcome, just staring at us for the check-in.
I messaged multiple times about the early check-in through Booking.com , and I got no answer. When I about that, he said ‘ugh, it’s because we get no alarm or notifications, there is no way that we know about those messages.’ There was no attitude or comment about ‘sorry for tour inconvenience.’
In the morning for breakfast, there was no eggs, orange juice, and bread left, so I called the front desk for refills. Same staff answered the phone and said ‘yah, you should come down and get them.’ I went down immediately and no one was at the front desk. I saw other people went back to their rooms because there was not enough breakfast. I called again and asked to bring them because I already went down and there was no one. He sighed and brought some later.
During check-out, I dropped the card key, he didn’t said anything like ‘Thank you for staying or enjoy your trip’ at least ‘good bye’. Just ignoring
Could be good because it is in the good location, but it is the worst hotel experience because of their poor customer service.

煙味很重，後來找了打掃的人，他拿了香水要噴，令人傻眼;
棉被感覺不乾淨，身體蓋了會癢; 另外桌上擺了一瓶殺蟲劑不知道要做什麼，感覺很不好，讓人很擔心是不是蟑螂或是蟲很多
