Ocean view was great. Bath on the balcony with ocean view was great. Staff friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed a great breakfast buffet.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 19. Etage mit Balkon und vollem Meerblick. Super. Die Klimaanlage liess sich sehr feinfühlig steuern (wir hassen es, wenn einem nachts das Hirn eingefroren. Unübertroffen ist für uns das Erlebnis „Frühstücken“. In einem gut konzipierten Frühstücksrestaurant im 5. Stock (hell, sauber, grosszügig, Buffet) war der eigentliche Hammer das extrem aufmerksame, freundliche, zuvorkommende Personal. Nicht aufgesetzt sondern motiviert und engagiert. Selten so erlebt. Qualität + Quantität der Speisen überdurchschnittlich. Unsere Erwartungen übererfüllt. Und der Kaffee (egal welche Art) wurde an den Tisch gebracht und bei (fast) leerer Tasse höflich angefragt, ob man eine weitere Tasse mag 🙏💙.
Auch der übrige Staff und Rezeption sehr freundlich, bemüht und engagiert.

This is my second time here, this time we brought family with us. We all enjoyed the beautiful Infinity Pool with gorgeous views of the coast. Our rooms had amazing view's which we enjoyed from our balcony. I enjoyed a 60min massage,using the discount voucher offered.The breakfast had a variety of food and the staff helped with service and coffee, omelets made to your liking. Sarah and Peter went out of their way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely be back again. The bed was firm but comfortable and there is complementary transport to the beach, which is close to shops and restaurants. Vinpearl - Vinwonders is only a grab away,one attraction not to be missed. The hotel can assist with tickets if you have any problems.

Stayed at Boton Blue Hotel in Nha Trang and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and really comfortable, well-maintained rooms. Everything felt clean, modern, and relaxing — perfect for a getaway.

Breakfast each morning was a highlight. The restaurant manager Tùng was absolutely brilliant — so welcoming, attentive, and always making sure everything ran smoothly. He always remembered our hot drinks ordered and they were at our table straight away with out asking, It really made a difference to the start of each day and gave the whole experience a personal touch.

Also a thanks to Minnie from the reservations team, who was incredibly helpful and professional. She made the booking process easy and stress-free, and her communication was excellent throughout.

The bell boys were fabulous too — always smiling, friendly, and so helpful with luggage and anything we needed. They really added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

Overall, I would highly recommend Boton Blue Hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang. Great service, lovely atmosphere, and staff who genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

The staff were always very helpful and polite, the spa was nice and relaxing environment, pool area was perfect if not wanting the sunshine although you can get some in the morning. I enjoyed the pool bar and view was amazing. We had a nice breakfast (lots of choice too) and from our balcony a nice bath in the morning or evening was lovely place to relax take in the sea view. Lot's to do and enjoy close by I would highly recommend.

Хороший завтрак, выдали ваучер на посещение сауны, она очень понравилась, в сауне есть две купели на 10⁰С и 45⁰С. Также выдали ваучер 100 тысяч донгов в бар на последнем этаже, его как раз хватает на две кружки пива) Ещё выдали ваучер на 250 тысяч в Спа, можно сходить на массаж головы, но мы не успели. На ресепшене помогли купить билеты на ВинПерл, есть свой обменник. Сам номер чистый, кровать мягкая, приятный небольшой набор фруктов при заселении

Top quality facilities. The best we have seen so far. Every interaction with staff whether it be spa, cleaners, reception, bar and restaurant was faultless.

All and all was good really nice hotel it makes you forget you can go outside and explore which I think is great for the Hotel...Great Pool area.

The rooms were spacious with nice views and outdoor bath.
Though it was further away from the bustling Nha Trang . It’s only 10 minute grab car away.

Все было замечательно- начиная с заселения раньше положенного времени и заканчивая заботливым персоналом. Уборка каждый день, качественная, ежедневная смена полотенец, очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. В спа пользовалась массажем. Конечно намного дороже, чем массаж в салонах на улице, но зато все очень чисто, комфортная температура, профессиональная массажистка. У бассейна были пару раз, все хорошо, но в основном ходили на море.

Завтрак достойный, место потише, чем в центре, вид их окна супер, горы, закат солнца

My wife Jenni was a little sick when we first arrived, Minnie and the Boton Blue team was so helpful and caring in checking in and helping with her recovery. The facilities are amazing, massage in the spa unforgettable, breakfast had so much choice and lunches and dinners are so good. A special thank you to Minnie, Ms Loan, Mr Tung, Ms An, Tung Truc (David), Henry, all the chefs and beautiful team in the Sunflower breakfast restaurant, and the lovely cleaners. Your genuine smiles and care will travel with us both for a very long time and stay with us both back on our farm in Australia. If you ever get the chance to visit, we would welcome you to stay with us the same as you have all made Jenni and I feel so very welcome and part of your family.
