Pros:

The location and friendly staff, they make sure your stay is comfortable and will attend to all your needs and go beyond sometimes esp Sara who managed my late checkout request and even booked the taxi for me to the airport.

Впечатления от пребывания в отеле были испорчены.
Pros:

Отель хороший, но есть одна большая проблема.

Cons:

При отъезде, я забыл в номере зарядку и кабель для айфона. Через 3 часа вернулись, сказали, что в номере ничего нет. Подобного я нигде не встречал. Очень расстроился.

Хочу отметить превосходную работу персонала. Готовы помочь, выслушать и сделать. Фантастические виды с номеров, входящих на море и бассейн на 7 этаже с панорамный видом. Номера чистые, есть все, что нужно. Отель не новый, но вполне приличный. Расположение на любителя. Вдали от центра, километров 5. Тихий район. Первая линия, можно купаться прямо под окнами. Есть оборудованый пляж, возит шатл.

Cons:

Завтраки не очень разнообразные, хотя во Вьетнаме это норма, как я понял. Но самое большое разочарование это BBQ на крыше по субботам. У нас на это мероприятие вышла годовщина свадьбы. Взяли билетики (ценник раздут) и обомлели. Вместо романтического вечера час ожидания тарелки с мангала, не вкусно, и скудно. Пришлось покинуть вечер и искать ресторан в городе. Откажитесь от барбекю, он портит отелю оценку!

Pros:

This was the most comfortable and relaxing hotel I've stayed at since arriving in Vietnam.The service here is truly exceptional.From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome.The doormen were incredibly kind and helpful. My son absolutely adored both of them.The reception and restaurant staff always greeted us with warm smiles whenever we saw them.Staying here truly felt like being at home.I would especially like to recognize the manager, Sarah, for her outstanding hospitality and dedication. She did an amazing job and made our stay even more memorable.I honestly didn't want to leave.Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience.We will definitely be back!

It is a fancy and luxurious hotel, but it is not really well located for visiting the rest of the city. It is close to the beach but for most activities you have to take a taxi.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel from start to finish. The infinity pool was absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our trip, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere.

What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. There was always a smile on their faces, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

From the booking process to check-out, everything worked smoothly and professionally. We felt well taken care of throughout our entire stay.

A special thank you to Minnie, who was an absolute gem. Her kindness, warmth, and dedication to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression on us. She truly went above and beyond.

We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

2 Sterne auf Steroiden
Pros:

Einziger Lichtblick ist die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption (Loan Mai.). Sie agiert extrem professionell, clever und absolut kundenorientiert. Sie ist die einzige Ausnahme in diesem ansonsten völlig unprofessionell geführten Haus.

Cons:

Keine 5 Sterne – Katastrophaler Zustand, Hinhaltetaktik und Abzocke. Das Hotel liegt weit abseits. Eine Hauptstraße trennt es vom Meer, wo sich nur Beton statt Sandstrand befindet (für Sand ist der Shuttle nötig). Man sieht an jeder Ecke den Investitionsstau: Pool, Sauna und Spa sind völlig runtergeranzt. Die Sky Lounge ist eine verwaiste Geisterbahn. Man kann dort abends weder Bier noch Kaffee trinken, sondern muss die Anlage für alles verlassen. Das GYM ist eine Katastrophe und unbrauchbar. Für Veganer ist das Frühstück trotz Zusage ein Reinfall (keine Proteine, kochunfähiger Chef).
Die Zimmer und der Service sind unzumutbar: Das erste Zimmer war dreckig und abgewohnt. In der ersten Nacht musste ich in eine Suite wechseln, in der ein unerträglich lautes elektrisches Surren einsetzte. Schlaf war nur möglich, wenn ich die Zimmerkarte zog und damit den kompletten Strom (Klimaanlage, Handyladen) abstellte. Erst am Folgetag wurde es repariert. Kulanz gab es keine, nur einen respektlosen Gutschein für eine Kokosnuss. Das Housekeeping stürmte trotz „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild penetrant das Zimmer.
Zudem wurde das zugesicherte kostenfreie Upgrade nachträglich mit 630.000 VND berechnet – eine miese Abzock-Masche, bei der die Mitarbeiter nach meinem Bauchempfinden wohl Provisionen kassieren. Das Personal am Front Desk behauptet bei jeder Reklamation, keine Vollmacht zu haben. Eine reine Verzögerungstaktik. Ich kenne 5-Sterne-Standards aus Europa, Deutschland und ganz Asien (Busan, Shanghai, Hoi An und auch direkt aus Nha Trang) – dieses Haus gehört definitiv nicht dazu.
