Leider sehr enttäuschend !

Cons:

Das Hotel hat in keinster Weise der Auslobung entsprochen. Es ist alles wenig ansprechend und wird ganz und gar nicht einer 5 Sterne Bewertung gerecht.
Das Hotel liegt sehr weit entfernt von der Stadt und jede Taxifahrt kostete 150.000 Dong.
Das Hotel hat keinen Strand, ist sehr düster und hat eine unfreundliche Atmosphäre.
Das Hotel war zu 99,9% belegt mit unfreundlichen russischen Gästen - ein guten Morgen oder Hallo gibt es da nicht.
Habe das Hotel nach 3 Tagen verlassen. Eine Rückerstattung wäre nur durch Booking möglich - war die Aussage des Hotel Mangers.
Hiermit beantrage ich die Rückerstattung von den restlichen 4 Tagen.

Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Très confortable et nourriture excellente. Service irréprochable.

Cons:

La plage à 5min à pieds n'est pas terrible (étroite et absence de bars/resto de plage). La plage baignable idéale avec bar/resto de plage se trouve de l'autre coté de la ville. Il faut compter 7-10€ (aller/retour) de taxi pour aller dans les endroits sympa. Mais c'est le prix à payer pour un hôtel d'une telle qualité pour un prix très raisonnable.

Bel emplacement calme pour un séjour balnéaire

Le service du petit déjeuner, le confort des chambres

Cons:

La taille de la chambre indiquée dans l’annonce est inexacte, compter aussi les terrasses qui sont très petites n’a pas de sens
L’afflux de touristes russes ne m’incite pas à revenir

Pros:

The staff were amazing ,very friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning, and the food was excellent with a great variety of options. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. We will definitely come back again!

Liked it but certainly not a five star property
Pros:

Close to the beach. Great spa services. Decent pool.

Cons:

Only 2 hour max beach time per day. Only one chair on our balcony and it was broken. Appeared to be a three star property and not five as claimed.

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

La chambre était très confortable et avait une magnifique vue sur la mer.

Cons:

L’hôtel est plutôt éloigné du centre donc nous nous déplacions uniquement en voiture.

Amazing stay at this hotel - would highly recommend
Pros:

Great location. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the main centre. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurants and bars. We left something behind and the staff were kind enough to have this posted to our next location. Pool was great but only got the sun until lunch time. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice and incredible views!! Gym space, sauna and jacuzzi were also amazing!! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Все было круто!
Pros:

Рекомендую отель тем, кто устал от центральной суеты. Виды просто нереально красивые на море и горы. Номера чистые, убирались аж 2 раза в день пока нас не было в номере. В день заезда в номере были фрукты. Персонал вежливый, улыбчивый и всегда сразу помогали в наших вопросах.
Возле отеля есть хороший массажный салон Руби, обязательно сходите туда, и сзади отеля нереально вкусные бургеры Vice.
До пляжа возит шатл, занимает 2-3мин, также отель сам оплатил нам такси до центра. У них в кафе тоже было вкусно.
Бассейн супер, не ледяной как в других отелях.
Может показаться что лежаком мало, но у бассейна есть также столы, диваны для компаний, зона отдыха с креслами.
