Sehr gutes Frühstück & Abendessen. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gutes und freundliches Personal. Tolle Spa Möglichkeiten.

Cons:

Die Lage ist eher mittelmäßig gut und es wird leider auf Booking.com nicht klar kommuniziert, dass das Hotel nicht direkt am Bade!-Strand liegt.

Mình hài lòng về mọi thứ, từ các nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện, cho đến phòng ở cũng thoải mái và sạch sẽ. Buffet ăn sáng đa dạng và ngon, đặc biệt mình lưu trú ngay 8/3 còn được các bạn nhân viên tặng 1 bông hoa chúc mừng 😄

Pros:

Boton blue hotel is great value! And the staff are amazing from the room service staff to the breakfast, housekeeping and reception staff. My check in and check out was seamless and very easy. It is a little out of the busy area of nha trang but that is what wanted. The only suggestion I would give is that Vietnamese coffees should be offered at breakfast I would happily pay extra for that
! I loved seeing the Vietnamese food at breakfast and think this should be show cased more on the buffet.

Le terme est agréable mais il y a une étoile en trop frileux s’abstenir …
Pros:

Le personnel qui est très agréable mais il ne faut pas oublier que vous pouvez aussi avoir une clientèle européenne notamment les français, ce n’est pas forcément la nationalité la plus représentative dans votre établissement mais celle-ci demeure plus agréable et souriante. Le spa très bien, la vue !!!!

Cons:

Emplacement isolé, l’hôtel trop éloigné du centre-ville animé, obligeant à prendre régulièrement des taxis, même pas de navette à dispo, budget supplémentaire pour espérer trouver de l’animation
Plage décevante, la plage proche de l’hôtel n’est pas agréable ni très propre, elle ne correspond pas aux standards d’un 5 étoiles.
Ambiance impersonnelle, je trouve l’hôtel trop grand et orienté vers une clientèle asiatique et surtout pays de l’Est, ce qui donne une atmosphère froide et peu conviviale.
Service inégal, bien que globalement poli je note un manque de réactivité ou de professionnalisme dans certaines situations.
Piscine et spa, la taille de la piscine jugée trop petite pour un établissement de ce standing et surtout la température qui n’est clairement pas la bonne et qui engendre potentiellement un risque de coup de froid.
Rapport qualité/prix, j’estime que le prix est élevé par rapport à l’expérience réelle, surtout à cause de l’emplacement et des services jugés moyens.

Il y a une étoile en trop …

Pros:

Service parfait !!! Petit déjeuner avec vue de rêve comme dans notre chambre ..
La infinity pool avec son bar dans l eau est au top .
Le personnel est très agréable et souriant ( surtout Mr Tung au petit déjeuner) .
Vraiment triste de partir de ce magnifique hotel 5 etoile .

Pros:

Хороший отель, по меркам Вьетнама на 5 звезд. Вкусный завтрак. Для спокойного отдыха, так как на севере. Есть подземная парковка доя мопеда.

Cons:

До пляжа далековато, но ходит гольфкар бесплатно.

L’hôtel était très propre et confortable. La piscine à la hauteur des photos proposées. Le petit déjeuner est bien fournis. Dommage cependant que nous ne pouvons rien prendre de l’extérieur pour finir notre soirée.

Отличный отель с крутым персоналом
Pros:

Отличный отель. Нас очень приветливо встретили, все рассказали, сделали бесплатно апгрейд номера до уровня люкс на 25 этаже, рассказали про услуги отеля: спа, завтраки, заведения 😊 предоставили ваучер на посещение сауны и джакузи, а также скидку на спа услуги и бар на 27 этаже.
Сам номер был простырным, чистым и с отличным видом. Также в первый вечер перед сном нам положили комплимент - маленькую шоколадку 😊
На завтрак всегда есть из чего выбрать - фрукты, выпечка, много видов яиц и горячих блюд, а также суп фо 😊

Отель всем рекомендую 😊👍

Average and not a premium offer
Pros:

The location was great easy to get into town via a Grab

Cons:

We were on the 18th floor - the balcony doors didn’t really close to a tight seal so the outside noise was louder than expected. The hotel was quite dark/dramatic. Overall it seems to cater for a Russian market - the sky ‘bar’ could have been lovely but instead was a rooftop club with Russian music which we could hear from our room - it could have been so lovely! Cocktails were awful. I booked a spa treatment but they failed to actually book it so i didn’t have it! There is no shaving mirror or decent light to shave int the bathroom. Over all very average despite the trophy saying best of the best!

Pros:

Пятизвездочный отель на 5 звёзд. Персонал работает на "отлично" от ресепшена до СПА -центра. Уборка 2 раза в день. Вечером пожелание спокойной ночи в виде шоколадки. Очень хороший завтрак, разнообразие блюд более чем достаточное. Обед/ужин в ресторане по меню на выбор из 5-6 вариантов по предварительному заказу. При этом напитки за доп. плату. У инфинити бассейна всегда есть места. В проживание включено 1 посещение сауны/хамама. На пляж возит электрокар на 6 мест. На общественном пляже несколько 10-12 лежаков с зонтиками выделено для отеля. У нас проблем с размещением не возникло. До центра города можно доехать как на такси (100 к) так и автобусе (15к) донгов. Рядом все магазины и кафе русской кухни.

Cons:

Желательно, чтобы трансфер на/с пляж точнее придерживался расписания (опоздание на 10-15 мин).

Great hotel, would definitely visit again!
