Great location and beautiful view. Convenient for Bromo visit. Extremely like the greeneries all around the hotel.

The place is very secluded and if u are looking for peaceful retreat, this is the place
We booked suite room for me, my hubby and oir 3 year old, room was very spacious to accommodate us and pur 2 medium luggage.
Breakfast and afternoon tea are included in the rate, and their food is delicious but its limited options..
Their ground is beautiful, from the glass house to the farm and playground. My little human had a great time.
The hotel also help to arrange the transport for Bromo trip..
Spa was fantastic..
Staff are super nice, especially the one in the dining area, and farm (I think her name is Dini).

We had a wonderful couple of days at this beautiful resort. We really loved the views, the thoughtful way the rooms are appointed and setup - such a big difference compared to the soulless , standardised, big box hotels. The owners and management’s personality truly shines through the curated decorations, small menu, and suite of activities.

We really liked the food at Syailendra and Teras and thought the staff was top notch.

Highly recommended.

The services and facilities are excellent! The staff there are very responsive, friendly, pleasing and genuine (sorry I only get the name of Selly). The place is located at the highest altitude so we can enjoy many mountains when the sky is cleared from the haze. The whole landscape is very beautiful designed and taken care. The room is totally clean and enjoyable, no air-con but naturally cool with premium facilities.
If I can suggest: more food varieties in the menu.

Plataran Bromo is a quiet and secluded hotel, tucked away from the crowds. The journey here isn’t the easiest — expect plenty of sharp turns and winding roads. No swimming pool, but once you arrive, you’re rewarded with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a great stay and well worth the trip.

Amazing view and location! Surrounded by mountains, and you can easily go to Bromo. Staff were so helpful, humble.. true Indonesian hospitality. Kids can feed animal, morning walk. Thank u Plataran Bromo

What we love the most is their excellent services! They even informed me which food in the breakfast buffet that contains my allergen and they notice that we skipped breakfast (to catch sunrise at Bromo) and offered to deliver breakfast to our room once we arrived. Also when we need medical aid, they immediately respond to our needs and drove us to the nearest medical center.

The place is so serene and perfect if you’re looking for tranquility. It also makes us fitter since we need to take a long walk (and stairs) to get to our room. Foods are tasty and our attic room is lovely. Recommended place to visit.

Amazing service, kind people. All Plataran sites always impress us. I have stayed at Plataran Bromo, and Plataran Komodo Islands, and can’t recommend enough.

Stayed here for a day at the Platinum Suite. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and replies fast. Food was quite good. We asked for extra water and it was delivered within minutes. The place is quiet and relaxing. Kids enjoyed their stay.
