Novelty Hotel

Excellent hotel with breakfast , conveniently located to shopping and historical area . I highly recommend it!

Super friendly staff in the breakfast room made the start to the holiday and each day a real pleasure. The room was always beautifully cleaned. The bed and pillow could have been a little more comfortable but that is personal preference. A little more coffee in the room would have been nice for the coffee in bed in the morning and at the end of the day.

I don’t know how they rated this hotel as a 5 star hotel!!!! The front desk had only one associate & the elder one had a very bad attitude and he gave me the room that the door lock and the safe both were broken , when I told him instead of saying sorry he was mad at me.The hallway & the breakfast area was very warm . They had a very simple breakfast and most of them were laying there in the warm room for hours, not on the ice or cooling stuff. I couldn’t even eat the breakfast, The towels are all ripped and some of them had holes too. The housekeeper staff & breakfast ladies were very nice.

Posizione strategica, mezzi facilmente raggiungibili. Posizionato nella parte storica della città, è perfetto x visitare monumenti storici, la sera c è moltameno movida rispetto a piazza Taksim.

Hotel is in a really good location, not only is it very close to the Grand Bazar and the Haga Sophia Mosque, but also a 3 minute walk to either the tram or the Metro. There are restaurants very close by.It's a small hotel, beds, shower etc. are absolutly fine. Breakfast is adequate, the only complaint I might have is that the coffee for breakfast was very bland and flavourless.

Sehr sauberes, kleines Hotel, mit freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Besonders möchte ich hier den Frühstücks-Service hervorheben!!! Sehr zuvorkommend!!!
Wobei am Kaffee-Angebot noch Luft nach oben ist.

2人で泊まったのでそれぞれにカードキーをいただけたのは助かりました。1人が疲れて帰りたいときや、バザールではぐれてしまった時など、助かると思います。

ただ、カードキーの感度が2枚ともよくなく、何度もドアにかざして成功率1割でした。

どなたかも口コミで書かれてましたが、地下鉄グリーンンライン「Vezneclier」にもT1線にも近く、主要な旧市街の見どころへ徒歩15分くらいで行けるのでとても便利でした。ただ大きくて重いスーツケースを持ってきてある方は入口の急な階段は苦労されると思います。

朝ごはんも目玉焼きやスクランブルエッグなど好みを聞いてくださって、出来立てをサービスしていただけるのはうれしかったです。
トプカプ宮殿やバシリカに入場前から並ばないといけなくて、ゆっくり食べている時間がなかったのは仕方ないですが。

Very convenient and quiet loction. Easy access to tram and metro. Clean hotel, free breakfast and awesome cooks.

The stay was OK, but nothing special. With so many other options in Istambul, you may want to try a different hotel. The condition of the room, common areas, and lobby was good. The front desk staff was on average OK, but not very friendly. The ladies responsible for the breakfast and cleaning were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Breakfast was OK, but nothing amazing. The food in Turkey can be amazing so it is a matter of incorporating some of these simple and delicious things to the breakfast to make it better. Good Turkish tea and Turkish coffee with some dried fruits, better olives, etc. can make a significant improvement. Remember the n-2 rule for stars in Turkish hotels. A 5 star ranking for a hotel in Turkey is closer to a 3 star in other areas of Europe , especially Central Europe.

Très bel hôtel dans une rue au calme , belle chambre , sanitaires au top , propreté .emplacement idéal pour visiter .personnel très gentils
Juste quelques remarques constructives : manque gobelet verre dans la salle de bains , manque machine expresso pour le petit déjeuner

Fantastic hotel, very clean. Short walk to tram. Close to Metro which we took from airport but not advisable. lots of waking between stations, confusing plus huge crowds. Take taxi for $35.

Tolles Hotel mit freundlichen personal. Alles sehr sauber.

The only negatives was the hard beds… very uncomfortable and the breakfast was poor , area is perfect and hotel is new and very clean
