Poor breakfast
Towels and billows cover was not not provided when I requested after check in
Tv was not working, it was fixed after I requested with very few channels

The hotel’s location is excellent and very central. Security feels reliable. The bed was comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.

Cons:

The facilities could be improved, and cleanliness and hygiene need more attention. I kindly ask the responsible staff to address this. For a 5-star hotel, higher hygiene standards are expected.
