Bien pour un court séjour si on ne tient pas compte du bruit.
Pros:

café et gâteau à disposition dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner seulement au restaurant à partir de 10h. Possibilité de manger au restaurant juste en dessous avec un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Problème d'insonorisation. Très bruyant avec le restaurant juste en dessous avec beaucoup de monde et musique.

We were deceived and customer service didn’t do a thing to remedy the situation
Pros:

I believe this hotel deceived us by posting photos of a bedroom with 90-degree walls and ceilings, only to give us a room with an angled ceiling where you could only move by crouching down, and where the window was in the ceiling, not the walls. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I care about. Customer service was also poor, as when I contacted them to question this room, they simply replied that they didn't have another one. This room should never have been offered to any guest after renting one with four walls, a 90-degree ceiling, and a window as it was shown on the photos of the reservations page.

Une pause sur la route des vacances fort appréciable
Pros:

Bien que peu spacieuse, la chambre était très confortable et agréable. De même pour la salle de bain un peu exigüe mais largement suffisante pour une nuit. L'hôtel était très silencieux alors qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde au restaurant du rez de chaussée. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner mais café et madeleine offerte dans la chambre étaient très agréables avant de reprendre la route. La personne qui nous a accueillis devant la borne d'enregistrement automatique s'est révélée très serviable et sympathique. La proximité de San Sebastian (20 min) permet de s'y rendre très facilement.

Cons:

Le tarif est un peu élevé pour un budget contraint mais compte tenu de la région et de la qualité des services, il s'agit d'un bon rapport qualité/prix

Muy buena en general, con alguna mejora sencilla
Pros:

La ubicación fue lo mejor, la forma de la habitación, era muy funcional y amplia, la terraza privada también era muy buena, el parking y por supuesto el precio

Cons:

La habitación no tenía un pequeño minibar donde refrigerar pequeñas botellas de agua o cosas que pudiéramos llevar.

El tema de los mosquitos y los bichos: al estar al lado del río nos hemos ido con muchísimos picotazos de bichos que entraban de noche, y al hacer calor y no haber mosquitera ni persiana, durmiendo con la ventana abierta entraban todos y ha sido terrible. Ofrecen un aparato de aire frío pero hace mucho ruido, por lo que no es agradable dormir con ello puesto

Pros:

Bastante bien el sitio, la verdad, lo que pasa es que es todo muy frío al hacer el check-in desde una máquina, porque si tienes alguna duda, estás perdido. Pero por lo demás, muy bien, sitio muy accesible con un bar abajo que está bastante bien para desayunar, comer o cenar y buenas vistas desde la habitación.

Pros:

Un sitio precioso y una habitación bastante cómoda aunque un poco pequeña y sin minibar. Muy bien la limpieza y el personal agradable
