Cheating????
Pros:

We’ve booked the riverside room. By the time we arrived, the room has already occupied by others. It was late at night 10 pm., if they would like to express their sincere they have more than enough time to inform us about this mistake, but they don’t even try to make a call.

Accordingly, They have offered us their other hotel room in town with no view located 10 min driving .... through traffics!!!!! They claimed that the room offered is more expensive... OKayyyyyy!!!! If the room is better ..... why don’t they offer to the guests that took our room, instesd????? We just wanted a room we have booked, no matter how expensive the room they have offered.

It was long weekends .. late at night .. we have being riding our bikes for hours with hundreds km distance, we have no other choices, too tired to fight with them.

Hotels.com should take a closer look this resort as, we think, they have made it on purpose.!!!!
