I had a very good stay at the hotel. The restaurant was excellent — the food delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.
What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the hotel crew. The staff is fabulous — professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.

Comfortabele kamers, fijne locatie, rustige plek om bij te komen van een dagje in de stad. Ook heel fijn dat er een (klein) zwembad is. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We mochten een uurtje later uitchecken i.v.m. onze vluchttijden en daar werd niet moeilijk over gedaan.
Ik vond de kwaliteit van het ontbijt tegenvallen, geen verse eieren of versgeperste jus d'orange, ook weinig vers fruit. Dat kon beter. Daarnaast is het heel erg fijn dat er een gym is, alleen vond ik de staat van de apparaten onvoldoende en waren er weinig materialen.
La atención del personal, en general, excelente, recuerdo los nombres de Enzo y Marcos en la recepción, ayudando, dando tips y soluciones, de modo muy respetuoso. Desayuno muy completo, buenos productos, frescos y surtidos, atendidos por un grupo de muy atentas y agradables asistentes. La habitación muy espaciosa, aseo prolijo y sin ruidos externos, hace que el descanso sea placentero.
Nos faltó una plancha, siempre son muy útiles en una habitación, pero esto es más una sugerencia, dado que en lo ofrecido por el hotel, no nombra este aparato.
La ubicacion nos parecio buena la verdad estamos central para el transporte por la ciudad. El desayuno es completamente espectacular, quiero volver a comerme media lunas de aqui. La atencion del personal muy buena, muy amables.La habitacion muy linda amplia si vas solo la pareja, ya que si tienes un 3ro lo ponen en un sofa cama bastante incomodo, estuvimos 5 dias aqui asi que fue pesado para esa persona.

Y otro punto bien incomodo es el tema del ruido, se siente los de abajo, los de arriba los del lado! y teniamos habitacion que daba a la calle tambien se siente especialmente el camion de basura, cremos que era

A really stylish hotel in Recoleta, an easy walk from the main tourist sites but on a quiet street. The room was absolutely massive with its own kitchen and living area as well as a huge bed. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choice. The staff left us a bottle of champagne in the fridge to celebrate our honeymoon. They were really helpful and attentive with loads of optional extras like massages on offer.
