Tasteful hotel with great staff who genuinely want to provide excellent service.
Pros:

Room was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. I really liked the bar.

Cons:

The breakfast was pleasant but would be even better if some hot food could be included in the linseed buffet. That would be more in keeping with other five star hotels in Europe based on my personal experience.

Pros:

チェックインのスタッフからレストランまで全てのスタッフがフレンドリーで素敵でした。
夜も朝食もホテルのレストランで頂きましたがとても美味しかったです。
ただし前日にクラクフで食べたミシュラン星つきレストランには敵いませんが　最高級ホテルのレストランの割に
お値段も高過ぎずゴージャスな店内でしたがスタッフの対応も良くリラックスして過ごせました。
ヨーロッパの５つ星ホテルは差が大きく行ってみないと分からないことが多いですが、
ベッドの寝心地もバスルームもお部屋の清掃もまるで日本のラグジュアリーホテルと同じで最高品質でした。
さすがラッフルズホテルです！

Cons:

ありません敢えて言うならホテル内のアイス屋さんに行った際に誰もおらず
少し待っておばさんが戻ってきたのですが何も挨拶もなく最後まで愛想のない接客だったのが
売ってる紅茶やジャムをお土産にしようかと思っていましが買う気が起きませんでした。
