Wspaniały pobyt
Pros:

Obiekt kameralny, udało mi się otrzymać pokój o wcześniejszej godzinie co było bardzo miłe. Piękna strefa SPA choć brak w niej leżaków. Hotel jest piękny i daje uczucie luksusu.

Cons:

Obsługa na śniadaniu troszkę niezorientowana, tak samo w recepcji. Chociaż Pan w recepcji przy wymeldowaniu był bardzo pomocny. Duży minus za pobieranie depozytu w hotelu takiej klasy.

Hotel jest nieustannie piękny , ma świetny wystrój , wszechobecną sztukę, wygodne łóżka i cudowne poduszki. Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna. Obsługa na recepcji przemiła i pomocna.

Cons:

Niestety trochę spadł poziom czystości , szczególnie łazienek i jakość śniadań. To już nie jest to samo śniadanie co jeszcze pół roku temu . Wędliny słabej jakości , kiełbaski polskie nie są już te same. Najgorsze jednak jest zachowanie obsługi w Long Barze i jakość drinków. Pewnych rzeczy obsługa tej klasy baru nie powinna się dopuszczać. Myślę , że pan Krzysztof (o ile dobrze zapamiętałam) powinien zrobić rachunek sumienia. Oczekiwanie na drinki bardzo długie , mimo iż byłam o różnych porach (nawet przy praktycznie pustym barze).
