Great short stay

Un hôtel magnifique avec un service exceptionnel, mais une restauration à améliorer
Pros:

Le niveau de professionnalisme de la réception est exemplaire. L’équipe est efficace, attentive et parfaitement formée, offrant un service digne des meilleurs établissements internationaux. Le spa est également d’un niveau exceptionnel, avec une qualité de service irréprochable et une véritable attention portée au client. L’hôtel lui-même est magnifique, élégant et parfaitement entretenu, avec une atmosphère qui reflète le positionnement haut de gamme de la marque.

Cons:

La restauration ne correspond malheureusement pas au niveau attendu d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. Le principal problème semble être un manque de constance et de contrôle de qualité. L’expérience gastronomique varie sensiblement d’un service à l’autre, ce qui crée une impression d’incohérence incompatible avec les standards du luxe.

Le service en chambre constitue le point le plus critique. Les délais d’attente sont excessivement longs. Lors de notre séjour, l’attente pour un plat a dépassé une heure. Ce type de délai est inacceptable dans un établissement de ce niveau et indique un dysfonctionnement clair dans l’organisation du service.

Le żurek, plat emblématique que nous connaissons bien et apprécions particulièrement, était le moins réussi que nous ayons goûté à Varsovie. Cela confirme l’impression générale d’un manque de rigueur et de cohérence en cuisine.

Dans son ensemble, le restaurant Europejski Grill nécessite une amélioration significative afin d’atteindre le niveau attendu et de s’aligner avec l’excellence du reste de l’hôtel.

Wspaniały pobyt
Pros:

Obiekt kameralny, udało mi się otrzymać pokój o wcześniejszej godzinie co było bardzo miłe. Piękna strefa SPA choć brak w niej leżaków. Hotel jest piękny i daje uczucie luksusu.

Cons:

Obsługa na śniadaniu troszkę niezorientowana, tak samo w recepcji. Chociaż Pan w recepcji przy wymeldowaniu był bardzo pomocny. Duży minus za pobieranie depozytu w hotelu takiej klasy.
