Came in town for a show at pikes peak center. Great location. Beautiful area.

The sliding door on the bathroom left an almost 2 inch gap on either side of the door so you could not actually have privacy.

Decent hotel, hate extra fees.
Pros:

The property was clean. I liked that a hotel like this actually had a bar (although it could use some music and more ambiance). It was good to have a security guard in the parking lot during the night as this is not the best part of town.

Cons:

The beds were fine, but not super comfortable. Our blind was not flush with the window, so a lot of light came in early. We only had one light blanket on the bed, something heavier, or at least extras would have been appreciated. Lastly, we were charged for a requested late checkout, which I find ridiculous. That alone is a future deal breaker for a stay.

nice and quiet!
Pros:

First of all, the check-in experience was smooth. The young woman at the desk was polite and friendly. Second, the room was very comfortable and the bed was awesome. The pillows---let's just say I ordered some for my home! The breakfast had many choices, thank you. It was a very clean, quiet room (#407). I did ask for an ADA bathroom--it was roomy and it had bars on the wall for stability, however I would have preferred a shower stall, roll in. Unfortunately it had a bathtub but complete with a seat and plenty of bars.

Pros:

The staff treated us amazing, especially the lady at the front desk. They had my family and I rooms near by as well! Breakfast was great and nice service!
