Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und persönlich empfangen und mit allen notwendigen Informationen und sogar Rabatt-Gutscheinen und Empfehlungen zu Restaurants in der Nähe versorgt. Zudem haben wir völlig unerwartet ein Upgrade in ein viel grösseres Zimmer sogar mit Küche erhalten.

Cons:

Das Bett war leider ziemlich unbequem und nicht besonders stabil, dies ist aber sicher auch Geschmacksache.
