We loved the little town and the staff were more than helpful, especially Deanna and Abby. There were great restaurants in the area and beach clubs.
It was like going in a time machine and finding a surf shack from 30 years ago. Lovely folks lovely property perfect for an off the beaten path traveler.
The room had no mirror or hot water at sink to shave . No place to hang clothes . .low water pressure in shower no shampoo or hair dryer .cutouts in walls had no screens to prevent mosquito’s from entering . No tv no coffee maker bare bone hotel . Location was good however dogs barking at 6am and can hear staff working before 8am. Workers at hotel were very pleasant. I would hesitate to complain to them .
The property is funkadelik. Each room is different with it’s own character. Rooftop palapa area is very nice.

Price was good, and views from the shared patio was great for sunset. Construction nearby was annoying but there is construction everywhere in san pancho. Not the same sleepy town it used to be

Beautiful place that reminds you of a tree house. The room was very clean, had a nice shower and layout. Perfect weather so I didn't have to use the A/C but the ceiling fans were nice. The king sized bed had a romantic pink net. No TV folks! Don't worry, you won't want to be in the room much, across the street are two of the best restaurants and 50 yards away is the beach. Walk West down the beach if you want more privacy along some rocks under the shade.

This hotel is incredible! The staff were friendly, helpful happy people. The location was excellent and the facilities are great. The staff treated our daughter with such warmth and kindness, we are so lucky to have found such a great place to stay!!

A few things in the room did not work. The bed was damp until we got the AC going. Bathroom was not comfortable. I like rustic and odd but the layout was just not great. It was expensive for what it was and I found better accommodations when I was there for the next time at a significant lower price. WiFi was useless upstairs and not great downstairs.
