Pros:

A beautiful hotel, everything was spotless and pristine. This is our second time staying here and was the perfect way to round off our busy trip. The room we were given was huge, the bed is the comfiest we have ever had and the staff were great. Our only regret is that we only stayed for one night.

Pros:

Excellent location, kind staff, practical.

Cons:

For a five star rated hotel, I would expect bath robes and slippers, a pool or spa service and hotel room service (they can send up food from the restaurant downstairs but it’s not from the hotel). The rooms were a bit small.

Overall was great and we happy but some small improvements could help.
Pros:

Great central location, beds great and rooms very clean. We had a great view.

Cons:

Noise from room above, block out curtains did not cover window so room light all night, dusty plastic plants at entrance, in public areas and the bar .

Pros:

The property is gorgeous in a new old world design. As soon as you walk into the front door the rest of the world falls behind as you are transformed into beauty and senses lifted by Birks custom scent. The service was great and restaurant dreamy. I prefer the Birks over the Four Seasons.

朝食の時間があやふや？
7時からと聞いていたのに最初の日は8時をかなり過ぎてからのオープン
そのつもりをしていたら次の日7時には開いていた様子...

Pros:

Location location location
Facility is very nice, rooms are spacious, high ceilings
staff is welcoming
rooms are clean and beds turned at an impressive rate

Cons:

noise inside the first room we were in - AC air handling unit had a recurrent noise and washroom flush kept going on - staff helped and changed our rooms swiftly which was very professional
mattresses were too soft but that's a recurrent theme with most hotels, seems emphasis is on soft mattress
Reception on mezzanine first floor is awkward but handled well with valet/door staff to take luggage
