Happy to look no further but instead, y return to Birks

Hôtel très bien

Cons:

Par mégarde deux réservations pour le même jour par deux plate-formes différentes. L’une était payable à mon arrivée. On néglige de me dire que j’ai deux réservations. On me fait payer et au final je paye en double et on refuse de me rembourser. On me dit que je dois régler avec l’une des plates-formes. Service à la clientèle déplorable

beautiful Hotel in the centre of Montreal
Pros:

the breakfast is in a beautiful area of the hotel. staff are efficient but not always attentive and the selection is small by other hotel standards. The room are large and the fireplace makes the experience luxurious. the hotel position is its best asset with everything available nearby.

Cons:

A better selection of food.It is fine dining but lacks ambience when busy as it’s very noisy and staff missed our continued beckoning for service.

Great choice in downtown Montreal
Pros:

Beautiful late 1800’s building in a central part of the city. My room was large with high at least a 12 foot ceiling. The room had an attractive gas fireplace and looked out on a private landscaped garden with two large horse statues. We eat breakfast and dinner in their in house restaurant Henri, both meals were delicious.

Cons:

My only complaint was the sheets weren’t changed the second day.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel with an excellent location close to restaurants, shops, and attractions in Montréa
Pros:

The property is close to many establishments, restaurants,shops,and other attractions,making it very convenient to explore Montréal. The location was excellent,and it was easy to get around and enjoy the city.

Not worth the money, find somewhere else to stay like Le Germain. They are fabulous.

Gym smelt fishy likely due to the air conditioner. One lamp wasn’t working, called for replacement items in the room and they forgot. Ran out of body lotion and tissues on the first day and they weren’t replaced during housekeeping, finally called to replace 2-3 days later. Service was sub par, some workers were rude. Called to book a massage and directed me to the app. I called because the app/room tablet was slow. Took time to submit the massage request only to experience terrible initial response which they didn’t follow up on. Ended up cancelling and got a massage outside of the hotel. Summary, for the amount of money you pay to stay here, definitely not worth it.Won’t be booking this again.
