OYO Hotel Audubon Baton Rouge Port Allen I-10

It wasn't good at all. They didn't accept my reservation and I had to pay again regular price. 😒

We got scammed. The Oyo hotel said that they don't take reservations but my credit card was charged $225. This battle is not over.

I want a full refund. When checking in i was told that this hotel does not take reservations and i was turned away and sent across the street. Horrible experience and i want to be contacted immediately.

Did not honor my reservation.

The female at the front desk and the male who identified himself as maintenance were talking about the weapons they have exchanged. The gentleman then asked to borrow $30 from the girl so he could return back to the bar with his friends.

I didn’t stay there looking to get funds back. They said there not associated with OYO on Expedia any longer.
I call there refund customer service and they say they would refund tho I need to get with Expedia

I wasn't sure about this hotel, but the room was near and clean, although older, it was well maintained. I made my reservation thinking it was the newer one across the street, but the staff at both places were great and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Room had dirty diapers from the guest before still behind the TV the roaches was out of control and the manager is rude

The property was run down and unsafe. They gave my room away well after checking in as I later returned not to have a room. Don’t stay there.

This was one of the nastiest experiences we’ve had in 30 years of travel. We just needed a clean bed while traveling and the room was filthy. AC didn’t work - was told to turn it on and off - which was ridiculous and also didn’t work. Towels were basically threadbare. Comforter was well holed. Mattress had mildew and mould all over it. Mould in the corners of the room. AC was covered in thick dust and dirt. Picture frame was falling apart and missing bottom of frame. The room was a disaster. Parking lot was like a carnival ride with all the potholes.


Stay away.

Had to ask to change rooms because the first one the lights wouldn't turn on the TV wouldn't turn off I found bugs in the drawer and the shower drain was busted

Couldn’t stay longer than a hour. the AC leaks so carpets are damp. Stinks of mold and mildew. I’ve been waiting a long time for a refund.
