In the middle of everything and a big pool one block away!
For a in town not on the beach place it was perfect!!
This is one of the best hosted properties I have ever stayed at. Lisa, the host, coordinated our taxi pickup and drop off at the airport with her driver, Dean, who is wonderful and went out of his way to help us make the water taxi. Her local property manager, Gordo, is incredibly helpful and responsive. The location is perfect, close to town yet quiet, and within walking distance of the water taxi terminal. In addition, Lisa provides a 5 gallon water jug and coffee. She has a super informative binder with tons of restaurant recs and other tips. I also messaged her a few questions before and during our stay and she always responded with needed info. If you are looking for your own one bedroom apartment in a safe, gated building, I highly recommend. I wish I could have met her in person- she was out of town- but we will definitely stay here again if we return to Ambergris Caye!
It was quiet, close to the ferry, close to groceries, fruit stands and restaurants. Not far to walk to the beach

Very Central location five minute walk to beach and grocery shopping, fully functional apt. 20 min walk to main downtown area. Price is very good especially considering most other properties that didn’t offer kitchen. Free parking for golf carts and this gives full access for the whole island. Very friendly and help full staff.
Local people are friendly as well.
There is some construction going on in the area and can be a bit dusty at times. The progress will be worth it though as the whole area will be substantially improved. Along with the new water taxi only a five minute walk from Tropical Breeze.
Nice unit with well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed with extra pillows. Couch wasn’t the most comfortable for our backs though. Linens included beach towels. Shady patio area with barbecue. Super staff and they provide a lot of info and insight to the area (restaurants, activities, recommended vendors etc). South of town centre, but only short drive with golf cart or taxi. Only two blocks to beach, groceries ten min walk and convenience store across the street. Would stay again.

Apartment was perfect. Communication with Lisa and gordo was friendly and helpful.
No issues
The place was okay. On the pictures it showed different than what was there.
Basically the description didn't match what was available. It said free shuttle pick up and it wasn't so. Lisa, the host wasn't there and hence the communication was not good. She had said that someone would pick us up and there wasn't anyone. There were plenty of mosquito's near the property and it was similar to Amazon Rainforest with the mosquito's.
Lisa and Gordo are amazing they take care of anything you could ask for. Kitchen is not suitable for cooking meals. There is a patio to include a gas grill helps a lot. Simple basic dishes are possible. Otherwise the condo is clean and comfortable. We will stay again.
