Pros:

We had a very warm welcome and were given recommandations about places to eat and to visit. The room is very well equiped and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was excellent as well as the evening meals in the restaurant.

Luxurious and lovely
Pros:

Such a lovely room, I was so tired after a long journey, and still had work to finish, I felt so comfortable. I never recommend hotels, but I have recommended this one, suggested it to friends looking for a romantic getaway. Whitehaven is lovely, and the hotel is perfect, and really really good value for the level of luxury!

I can't think of anything that could have been better!

Pros:

Lovely quiet hotel in a back street just off the centre of town. Good nights sleep as its a very quiet location

Cons:

Breakfast didnt start until 8, alas my plans meant i was out by then on both days. More of a me problem!

A very pleasant stay in a comfortable Inn operated by most hospitable proprietors.
Pros:

The Inn was quaint and wonderful. Centrally located. It was a wonderful experience staying there.

Just perfect.
Pros:

Stephanie went above and beyond by giving us a card and balloon to celebrate the arrival of my grandchild, which was the reason for our visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and breakfast in the morning (the only meal we needed or wanted) was outstanding. What a lovely experience! I will certainly be back.

A gem of a place
Pros:

The hotel is a gem of a place to stay and enjoy the food. Everyone went out of their way to help two tired, cold and wet cyclists, it was much appreciated. The hotel is cycle friendly which is brilliant and secure storage was not a problem . The food was exceptional, the smoked haddock risotto is to die for. A must visit, you will not be disappointed.
