Crummy, over-priced hotel.
Pros:

Convenient location in the heart of Cold Spring.

Cons:

Very small room, uncomfortable bed with old rough linens, window was duck-taped shut to keep the air conditioner in place, so it couldn't be opened. Over-priced for the facilities provided.

There must be better options in Cold Spring
Pros:

Bathroom was nice.

Cons:

Not really a hotel. Just a storefront. No parking or elevator. Not attended.
Ridiculously overpriced.
Room itself was OK. Central locations.

Comfortable. Good location to enjoy Cold Spring Main Street shops and restaurants.
Pros:

Jimmy, the host, is very welcoming and gave me a room where I didn't have to climb steps. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. Iced Coffee and Lemonade were delicious. Mini refrigerator in room for my protein drink.

Cons:

Did not realize there was no parking and had to use street parking and pay parking fees. Was able to get close enough to hotel and park on side streets. Jimmy offered to pay but didn't know how to use ParkMobile. Only hooks on the wall to hang clothing. Wished shower had a soap holder and that there was more liquid soap on the sink - barely enough for one pump to wash hands.
