Ok for one night.
Pros:

Ok for short stay. Price was fair. It’s an older hotel and the staff seemed tired and over worked and quite likely under paid. It was ok for one night but I probably wouldn’t stay there again as there are likely better options available in a more walkable location

Only for an Overnight Stay
Pros:

This was an overnight stay going from Chiang Mai to Pattaya by car. The motel is just basic, no frills at all but OK for my needs for one night bed and shower. Not a place for anything more than that. The place is next to a conference center, however it seems the place has a reputation of being rented "by the hour" as well as overnight according to my driver for the trip. I did not see any direct evidence of that.
