Maisemia aktiivilomailevan perheen makuun

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Hotelli oli nykyaikainen, siisti ja upeiden näköalojen nauttimiseen oli useampia viihtyisiä sisä- ja ulkotiloja. Tunnelma oli kiireetön ja ulkona ihanan hiljaista. Yövyimme rinteen kelomökissä, joka oli siististi remontoitu. Pienenä miinuksena kylppärin ovi, joka meni huonosti kiinni ja uuni, joka ei auennut, ellei kylppärin ovi ollut kunnolla kiinni. Näillä helteillä tuuletimme ikkunoista illalla/yöllä, joten olisi ollut tärkeä, että hyttysverkot ovat ehjät. Tällä helteellä olisi ollut myös hyvä saada pakastinlokeroon esim. mehujäitä yms. mutta jääkaapissa ei ollut lainkaan pakastinlokeroa. Jääkaappi myös puhalsi sisätilaan voimakkaasti kuumaa ilmaa. Talvella näistä seikoista ei olisi ollut haittaa. 🙂 Suuri yllätys meille aktiivilomalaisille oli, ettei mökissä ollut pesukonetta eikä hotellissa myöskään pesulapalvelua. Se olisi tuonut arviointiini viidennen tähden. Majoitukseen sisältyvästä viihtyisästä kylpylästä iso plussa päälle.

What a great landscape with a great hotel. Great design with the necessary charm for the snowy winter landscape. Great room - great view. Just great and we would definitely come back.

Ruska-aikaan Iso-Syötteellä kelomökissä
Pros:

Yövyimme 2 yötä kelomökissä nauttien ruskan loistosta.
Kelomökki oli sopivan kokoinen kahdelle henkilölle.
Mökki oli idyllinen pikkupuutteistaan huolimatta. Olisimme kaivanneet kuivauskaappia ulkoiluvaatteille.
Mökin kokolattiamatto pitäisi uusia. Se oli epämiellyttävän tahrainen.

Kauniit maisemat, tyylikäs sisustus, ystävällinen henkilökunta, tunnelmallinen spa/kylpylä, maukas aamiainen ja illallinen.

A la carte menu tosin kaipaisi hieman laajennusta valikoiman suhteen ja lapsivieraat tulisi myös huomioida siinä. Onneksi varauduimme omilla lastenruuilla, jotta lapset saivat muutakin, kuin annoksen kokoon nähden ylihinnoteltuja ranskalaisia ja dippiä.

Keho ja mieli pääsivät rentoutumaan lomakohteessa kaiken kaikkiaan oikein ihanasti.

As Kelo cottages are part of boutique hotel, it was unexpected not to get shampoo/shower gel in the room. But otherwise it was a perfect stay in winter wonderland. Very quiet and beautiful area on the top of the fell, amazing views, a lot of snow even at the beginning of December.
