Fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel in Avila.
Pros:

The staff were great, especially Paola and Pia. The breakfast was magnificent. I had a nice big room overlooking the city wall. The pillows were just how I like them. Excellent location.

Cons:

Somewhere to park my car while I checked in would have been good, but that is a minor point.

Raucher nicht erwünscht!
Pros:

Hübsches kleines altes Hotel, schöner Garten und Pool Bereich. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr laut, es gibt nichts aus Metall was sich dreht und nicht Quietscht! Fensterläden, Türen, Türgriffe,Schanktüren, Sonnenschtz, etc. Die Minibar ist vorwiegend Mini, kein Wasser mit Kohlensäure und auch kein Bier und Wein. Sonntag 8.57: klappern unter dem Balkon vom Geschirrwagen, ab 9.00 Uhr lautstarke Unterhaltung von der Gärtnerin. Reinigung des Gebäudes findet ab 8.00 Uhr statt, und auch während der Siesta! Der Fernseher war defekt, Bildschirm mit großem grünem Streifen. Für Raucher findet sich nicht einmal im weitläufigen Garten ein Plätzchen, diese müssen auf der Straße vor dem Hotel rauchen! Aschenbecher Fehlanzeige. Keine Bar, kein Kaffee im Hotel, nächstgelegene Möglichkeit 600 m. Bergauf. Umständliches Frühstück, erinnert an eine Komödie! Jede Scheibe Brot wird einzelnen aufgetragen. Keine Auswahl an Brot oder Backwaren. Schade eigentlich, alles lösbare Kleinigkeiten. Die Summe ist das Problem!

Una experiencia para repetir 🏰✨
Pros:

Hotel con muchísimo encanto y muy bien cuidado.
La habitación era muy cómoda, el entorno es precioso y transmite mucha tranquilidad.
El personal fue muy amable durante toda la estancia y el desayuno me pareció de muy buena calidad, con productos variados y bien presentados.
Aunque solo estuve una noche, disfruté mucho de la experiencia.

Cons:

Nada destacable. Todo superó mis expectativas 🙌🏾

En todos los aspectos no nos ha defraudado y han respondido con creces nuestras expectativas. Un 10 en todo.
Pros:

La calidez y profesionalidad de todo el personal. Atentos en todo momento. La segunda revisión de la habitación por la tarde con cambio de toallas si es necesario. Podría parecer habitual en un 5 estrellas pero os aseguro que no siempre es así.

Cons:

Por indicar algo negativo, la limpieza de la piscina y la cantidad de avispas en la zona ajardinada de la piscina, siendo inevitable en la época en la que hemos estado. ( fínales de junio)

Perfect Hotel in Petfect location.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Friendly helpful and informative.Our suite was beautiful and so was the rest of the hotel. Just loved it all.
