False advertisement for the Appartment

We booked the Appartment with Kitchen and Sofa Bed. The Stove and cook top was disconnected, so the kitchen was useless. The receptionist said the stove was disconnected because it is a fire hazard. And it was on purpose, but they still rent the room as Appartment, knowing the kitchen has no use.The sofa bed was nonexistent and we requested a guest bed, but staff said they didn't have any....

Venlig og imødekommende service.
Pros:

Rent og velholdt hotel med god parkering i parkeringskælderen. Lækker morgenmad. Kan varmt anbefales.

Cons:

Vi kunne desværre ikke benytte ladestanderen til elbiler, da den tilsyneladende er tilknyttet en tysk udbyder, som kræver registrering via en app. Selvom der i hotelbeskrivelsen står, at parkering koster 10 € og at der er ladestandere til elbiler, bør man ikke regne med at kunne bruge dem, hvis man kommer fra Danmark. I vores tilfælde kunne vi ikke benytte ladestanderen, da registreringen krævede en app, som ikke understøttede vores danske oplysninger.

Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das Team! Ich bin hierher geflüchtet, um der extremen Hitzewelle zu entkommen – und habe mich wie im Paradies gefühlt. Die Klimaanlage war perfekt, das Bett unglaublich bequem und der Service sowie das Frühstück waren klasse. Ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich weiß jetzt schon: Wenn es das nächste Mal wieder so heiß wird, komme ich wieder!
