Review Title:
Paid Under Protest – Serious Deficiency of Service & Safety Issues
Review Text:
I booked two rooms at this hotel expecting branded standards. What I experienced was completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
The rooms were poorly maintained and unhygienic. There were loose electrical switches coming out of the wall, posing a clear safety hazard. Walls had visible cracks, furniture and mattresses were worn out and sagging, and the sofa was oil-stained and dirty. Bed linen was old and unfit for use.
Housekeeping standards were virtually non-existent. The dustbin was extremely dirty, bathrooms were unhygienic, and toilet rolls and tissue boxes were almost exhausted and hanging loose, indicating that the room had not been properly checked before allotment.
Food quality was below acceptable standards and inedible.
The hotel management, including the GM, personally inspected the room during my stay, acknowledged the issues, and assured refund/compensation. I was compelled to settle the bill UNDER PROTEST, which is endorsed on the invoice, purely to avoid disruption at checkout.
Despite assurances, no resolution has been provided post checkout. I am in possession of photographic and video evidence of all the above.
This property is not fit for guest occupancy in its current condition and requires urgent renovation, hygiene correction, and strict quality control.
I would strongly caution Booking.com users to avoid this property until corrective action is taken.

Decent hotel, centrally located!!
Pros:

the room was exceptionally spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to relax. Additionally, the food featured local delicacies, and I thoroughly enjoyed the authentic flavors.

Cons:

1.On the downside, the hotel’s location right next to the railway station means that there’s considerable honking and noise throughout the night. While this isn’t directly the hotel’s fault, it’s something to keep in mind when booking a stay.
2. the hotel does not provide any accommodation facilities for drivers. There’s no lounge or resting area where drivers can sleep or freshen up, which can be inconvenient for those traveling with them.
