Pros:

Honestly I never liked this hotel and I would classify it as a worst hotel experience so far. The front desk is not welcoming the guest with greetings. The front desk does not have an option to transact with foreign (Canadian credit cards). The front desk lady is poor in communication and lack of knowledge.

The room is not so great. The bathroom was dirty and smelling. Moreover the rooms were not sound proof and I was waking up in the night due to the traffic noise.

The ok part of the morning free breakfast. It was somewhat ok.

Pros:

The experience was terrible from day 1 bathroom jet and shower was not working, mosquito's , uncleaned towels , breakfast was not ready Intime , tea kettle uncleaned and countless issues.

Not Recommended.

Pros:

Firstly this is certainly not a 4 Star hotel as advertised. The description on Hotels.com states that the hotel has a swimming pool, swim-up bar and 24 hour fitness facility - it has none of these. There were on average 10 power cuts per day, on my final day there was no power in the hotel for over 2 hours. Positives: the food was good, the chef was nice, the staff were polite and the room spacious. However this hotel was not as described and as a result I checked out 3 days early.
