Ansonsten war alles perfekt. Sehr freundliches Personal. 🫶🏼

Alles. Einrichtung, 98 Prozent des Personals.

Cons:

Wir hätten um 12 Uhr auschecken müssen und ab 10 Uhr, haben unterschiedliche Reinigungskräfte zwischen 10 und 11:40 Ihr geklopft. Beim ersten Mal hat die Reinigungskraft sogar die Tür geöffnet, da wir nicht so schnell reagieren konnten.

Finde, wenn ein Zimmer erst ab 12 Uhr geräumt werden muss, muss man nicht immer penetrant klopfen.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ziemlich gut aber auch recht teuer.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral aber sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück findet auf er 8. Etage statt mit schöner Aussicht auf den Dom.

Cons:

Das Bett war in Ordnung aber es gab für und beide nur eine Bettdecke und auch nur einen Stuhl im Zimmer.
Beim Frühstück war es extrem voll und beim Buffet war schon einiges vergriffen.

Schönes individuelles Zimmer, Ruhig und tolle Lage zu den Satory Sälen

Cons:

Das REstaurant hat eine eingeschränkte Karte. Wir waren in einem Kölner Brauhaus direkt nebenan.

Het was ontzettend fijn en comfortabel!
Pros:

De kamers waren mooi en het restaurant en de bar boven in het hotel waren top! Ook een heerlijk ontbijtje!

Super Lage und tolle Atmosphäre

Cons:

Leider hat die Qualität, insbesondere der Zimmer Start nachgelassen: Schimmel in der Dusche, verschmutze Fugen, Wasserspritzer neben der Toilette und das Zimmer war nicht sehr gründlich gesaugt

Die Lage .

Cons:

Das es keine Reserven Karten gab für Sylvester für Gäste die im Hotel wohnen nicht für die Bar und auch nicht für das Restaurant … kein Zimmer Service , und es gab nur Bier wobei ich ein Cocktail wollte . Es gab auch keine Hausschuhe im Zimmer . Im gross und Ganzem den Preis den ich für eine Nacht gezahlt habe was es wirklich nicht wert.
