Pros:

Good design & fancy elevators, walkable distance to the Dome.

Cons:

Not so polite as in other 25 Hotels, the Bar/Restaurant personell was even rude with seating & serving as i was a solo traveller.

Cool funky hotel
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel in a great location. Cool funky decor throughout the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean and fresh towels brought daily. Staff very nice and helpful. The monkey bar was great with a lovely selection of cocktails and mocktails for my daughter.

Cons:

The only thing I would like to of seen was tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Sehr schöne, zentrale Unterkunft mit dem gewissen Etwas.
Pros:

Alles tip top. Schönes Zimmer, toller Saunabereich in perfekter Lage um Köln zu erkunden.

Cons:

Uns hat alles gefallen. Schön wäre, wenn man am Zimmer mehr Haken und kostenlosen Kaffee hätte. Für den Preis müsste das eigentlich möglich sein.

Tolle Architektur, Zimmerausstattung und Lage.

Cons:

Nach extra Anfrage per Mail, ob vegetarisch/vegan glutenfreies Frühstück erhältlich ist und der entsprechenden Bestätigung, war die Enttäuschung recht gross.
Glutenfreier Toast liegt unverpackt direkt neben dem Glutenhaltigen und dem Toaster, welcher für alles benutzt wird - auch vom Personal zum toasten des Glutenfreien.
Nach Nachfrage (es gibt keine Deklarationen!) wurde mir ausführlich erklärt, dass das jetzt eben die GF Option sei (für Menschen mit Zöliakie ist das keine Option)
Und ebenso, dass es keine Cerealien gebe, aber die Datteln ziemlich sicher glutenfrei seien. Für 25€ das Brot selbst mitbringen zu müssen um symptomfrei den Aufenthalt geniessen zu können scheint mir kein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis und schlechte Gastfreundschaft zu sein- vor Allem wenn sich das Problem eigentlich mega einfach lösen lassen würde.

Stylisches Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Freundliche, offene Mitarbeiter, moderne, saubere Zimmer, tolles Restaurant, gutes Frühstuck, interessante Architektur des Hotels.

Cons:

Frühstücksumfang könnte z.B. um Fisch noch etwas ergänzt werden, Restaurant-/Frühstücksbereich, bauartbedingt, recht laut.

Das Zimmet wirkte an manchen Stellen ein bisschen ramponiert (mehrfache Schleifspuren an der Wand).
