Es la segunda vez que vamos, nos encanta todo!! Los trabajadores son un encanto y todo el hotel es espectacular
Lo único que pondríamos una mejora es el buffet en la cena, un poquito más de calidad o variedad.
Las instalaciones son increíbles, adaptadas a PMR. Solicitamos una habitación para una persona PMR y nos dieron todas las facilidades. El buffet es una pasada. Bárbara fue muy amable con nosotros y simpática. El personal en general fue muy amable con nosotros. Sin lugar a duda, repetiriamos.

Lo único que no me gustó fue que en la habitación se oían mucho los ruidos y voces del pasillo y demás habitaciones
Hotel grounds are very nice. The room view was very nice. The price of the room and free upgrade was excellent. The infinity pool on the roof was beautiful and the view. The free fruit was cool. Staff were nice. The gym is by far the biggest I have seen in a hotel in some time! If you want to work out their gym is fully stocked.
OK where to begin! Let's start with check in, employees need to prioritize customers in front of them and stop working other things while people are waiting to check in. That is rude!
Next the room, no AC or even a fan working and the room was really hot and smelled from the pipes. The room smelled funny and you have to leave the door open the whole time to the balcony to keep the room from smelling and cool even at night! The mosquitoes were horrible with no AC and leaving the door open with no SCREEN! So neither of us slept worth anything! The toilet paper holder was broken. The shower should have a full door to prevent the floor from getting all wet. The water pressure was kind of weak.
Ok the facilities, all the pools outdoor were very cold which is normal for this time of year so not a hit, but the indoor pool was also cold and not warm at all. Other hotels in Costa Ballena warm their indoor pool to be comfortable not here! We have stayed at 2 other hotels in Costa Ballena and so far Playa Ballena is by far the best.
